Stayed 2 nights

We were in town for a family event. The house was perfect for my wife and I, our two children and their spouses. There are two good sized bathrooms, two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a third bedroom on the 3rd floor. One of the bedrooms has a smallish bed that expands with a pull out trundle bed, so the house slept six comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more in the living room. The house is decorated nicely and has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. The temperature was around 90 degrees outside but the rouse remained comfortable. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window air conditioner but air flow and fans were sufficient to keep the heat at bay.The location was great. The walk to the main intersection in town is about a half mile along the sidewalk, and it was easy to get to the grocery stores by auto. The back yard was a delightful surprise with a table and chairs, a fire pit, a pretty brick patio, water feature, two frequently visiting rabbits, and a wood chuck. We had a few visitors drop by and there was plenty of room for them to mingle. They all commented on how nice the house was. One minor ding: a utility trailer parked in the driveway limited space for parking, and on-street parking was limited - only an issue if you expect visitors.Carl the owner was great. Communication was great and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant.I would definitely consider renting the property if I found myself in Warwick again.

Clean, well stocked home with a good amount of room for a group to do things together or apart. Enjoyed having evening fires in the fire pit. The back yard could use a few spots of shade. The table under the wisteria will be when it grows in but I would suggest moving that first floor AC to a side window- both the heat and noise made the spot less pleasant. Carl, the host, was responsive and helpful

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this location in Warwick. It is a great house with plenty off space and yard. Definitely recommend. Carl is a wonderful host.

A quaint and beautiful home within easy walking distance to downtown Warwick. Carl was a wonderful host. From the initial contact through our checkout, he was always available with suggestions and answers to questions. The house is beautifully decorated with every amenity you could need. My friends and I had an incredible weekend.
