No luggage cart available When I asked about it the front desk staf Brandon shrugged his shoulders and said “It must be in use. I haven’t seen it.” I had to ask about breakfast then he explained it would be available tomorrow in the lobby. Room and lobby very clean. Breakfast good. Booked there bc website said they had adjoining rooms but Brandon said they didn’t have any!

It is 9 minutes away from Pensacola ⛱️ The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety. I only stayed one night. It is pet friendly. The pool is small. It has a lot parking space.

We liked our suite—has d/w, big fridge, microwave. Pool heater was said to be broken (so fix it!). Staff was friendly except when I mentioned to a cleaning lady that our room hadn’t been replenished in 3-4 days she was offended—said she hadn’t been working there for two days and then complained “Fresh!”

For the most part, my stay was okay. Upon arrival there were no carts available. There were no carts available for 2 days. After carrying all the luggage to the room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk, to have the key activated, still there was no cart. Also, the bathroom smelled like odors of sewerage were released every so often. The room had an extremely strong scent of puppy dog.

There was hair in the tub, found 3 dead black bugs behind the toilet. And then we were awaken both nights to fleas jumping on us. This is a pet friendly place and obviously they don’t spray for fleas once guests leave. Horrible experience.

Very noisy room on main road with heavy traffic. I was told at check-in they have no suites in the quiet side of the hotel, apparently they built them all on the road side. The lady at check-in gave us a room for people with disabilities, it was very uncomfortable and the shower had no appropriate curtains so water ended up all over the floor after taking a shower. Also the floor in the kitchen in extremely sticky, like it was not cleaned well.

I cannot say it was dirty overall. The bed linens and towels were clean and smelled freshly laundered, but the floor was definitely dirty. tile was super sticky and carpet was tacky to walk on. Hotel caters to spring breakers so I assume this is the reason for this. Could surely have done a little better on the tile portion of the floor. They did not even attempt to mop under the little dinette table. You could see the mop swirl marks. But, the front desk was very nice and the parking was pretty good. Room was quiet.

We are very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was very positive and friendly when we checked in. Room is bigger than what we expected and we have plenty of room. The hotel is very clean and well kept. It’s also a great location and quick drive to the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

This was a family vacation to close out the summer before school starts back. We had a great experience, staying at this location. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed, and more. The breakfast options were very good. The whole gamily found something they enjoyed. Though there was a pool, we did not use it. It is pet-friendly, and several guests had their pets on premises. No issues with that. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Full kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, and glassware, etc. The pull-out couch provided extra room for our family to spread out. The location is great. There are several restaurants and stores neaby, including a Walmart Neighborhood Market. It's also only 6-7 minutes from the beach! We will definitely consider coming back to this location again. The staff made great use of their ability to text as a way to check on us diring our stay without interrupting our vacation. They also permitted a last-minute late check-out resquest at no extra cost!

Our room was really nice and clean. Very spacious. Bathroom already have big size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for us. The kitchen area have a large size refrigerator and a dishwasher and all the utensils available which we didn't expect.

All excellent except we had a situation where we were locked out of our room for two hours because the key card did not work and finally discovered that the digital lock itself was not working and maintenance man had to come and change it. We escalated this situation to management but they were so cool about it as if it happens everywhere. Yet cleaning is excellent space and quietness is excellent. Breakfast options are limited so I would just say sufficient

Checking it was a breeze the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very friendly and patience as I ask for a late check out time . I definitely recommend plus it’s really close to Pensacola Beach it took all of 7mins or so to arrive at the beach . I absolutely loved it and would return. The room was spacious, very clean, the hotel was quiet, and conveniently located next to a mini plaza.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Staff constantly cleaned breakfast area. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a plus. My family and I visit Pensacola often, this location is by far our favorite hotel for accommodations.

In the middle of everything, under a thirty minute drive to each beach or further north. Breakfast menu changes every morning with good food, NOT a cheesy continental. Rooms are very quiet and other people were polite.

Love this hotel it’s my third time staying there. Always clean and I think his name was Grant at the front desk was awesome.Definitely bringing my dog next time, I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast because it only goes until 9 AM, but I’m sure it’s great, I just wish it went to 10 AM because a lot of of us are not early risers lol Publix is right across the parking lot and there is a Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and several other restaurants within about 1000 feet.

The room carpet was gross and had sticky spots- it needs to be ripped up. Breakfast had expired, chunky milk and stale bread. Definitely needs an upgrade

Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and water stayed hot , which I love. Carpet in the room was a little shabby and could use a deep clean. Breakfast could use an update with a few more choices. Variety is the key of life.
