Nice hotel. The spot is really good in Copacabana and close to Ipanema beach. Te room was correct. Breakfast was good. Rooftop with nice view and a small pool. Staff nice. Good relation quality-price.

Péssima. Escolhemos o hotel pela infraestrutura e vista da cobertura para o mar e ao chegar no hotel nos deparamos com um folheto informando sobre a reforma no local que estava um canteiro de obras e inutilizável. A sacada do nosso quarto havia entulhos de construção e o PIOR DE TUDO, estávamos em viagem de lua de mel e ao chegar no quarto o mesmo era com duas camas de solteiro separadas. Descemos a recepção e ela imprimiu um papel informando que era uma acomodação superior com duas camas segundo o pedido enviado por vocês! Mostrei o e-mail da acomodação que contratei sendo quarto superior casal e a recepcionista disse que nada poderia ser feito pois o hotel estava lotado. Nos orientaram a juntar as camas. Ora! Que absurdo! Foi uma estadia para esquecer, cheia de problemas no início ao fim. Estamos decepcionados, não foi dessa maneira que imaginamos ser a nossa lua de mel. Pior experiência possível que ficará marcada.
