All as promised/depicted. Great location, nice rec room downstairs. Outside was very clean upon check in.

This property had good bed configurations for our group. The bunk room in the basement was especially nice for all our teenagers. The main level is clearly updated with nice furniture - sectional - dining table and such. The three bedrooms need an upgrade on beds/mattresses and furniture. None of the adults slept well. The outdoor deck space and hot tub was lovely. The grill was nice. The kitchen needs an upgrade on dishes and pots and pants and bigger coffee cups. Being at big canoe over July 4th was a lot of fun and the fireworks show was wonderful. The teenagers enjoyed the beach front while the adults went hiking.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Big Canoe. The house was big enough for all 7 of use. The toilet paper and paper towels could use an upgrade from what was available to us to use.

Owner needs to invest in maintenance. Decks need pressure wash and painting. Decks not cleaned. Patio furniture front and back needs cleaning. Cooking utensils need updating. Would stay again but….
