Merci aux propriétaires! Très bel accueil chaleureux. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances en famille à Roses. Surtout l’emplacement de la résidence avec piscine et accès direct à la promenade et la plage avec Magnifique vue sur la mer! A louer sans aucunes hésitations!

Great holiday and a perfect apartment for our family! Spacious and clean and a really handy parking spot underneath which you would need definitely in the height of the season! Our host Joseph was also top class met us to see us in and overall would recommend this place to any families as there is something for everyone, long beach, restaurants and bars galore and a nice near town with lots of shopping options too! We will be back!!

War superschön.Ein extrem toller Ausblick.Super Umgebung.Supernetter Vermieter.Leider konnte man den Pool wegen des Wassermangels vor Ort nicht nutzen,da es 3 Jahre nicht geregnet hatte,haben aber super Alternativen in der Umgebung gefunden.

The owner Joseph was brilliant, very accommodating, even when we were delayed til 1am. The well equipped modern apartment itself is wonderful with a gorgeous balcony directly overlooking the sea. Lovely and quiet as just the promenade and the beach between you and the lapping waves. Three good bedrooms with two bathrooms. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return. The town of Roses is beautiful with lots of restaurants, shops and sea cliff walks.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil es uns bereits letztes Jahr so gefallen hat. Die Wohnung, die Lage und der Strand sind für Familienferien am Strand super. Das Zentrum von Roses erreicht man innert 15 Minuten entlang der wunderschönen Strandpromenade, inkl. Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Walking distance 10 minutes to the old town of Roses.plenty of bars and restaurants immediately around the property but location very quiet.Apartment very clean and very well equipped . Three spacious bedrooms all with extremely comfortable beds.!!!Comfortable longe area with large L shaped sofa which was very comfortable.Great large balcony with patio doors overlooking the promenade and beach.. good communication from host Joseph who was also very friendly and helpful.would definitely return and would highly recommend .

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in der Ferienwohnung und Roses verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Strandtücher und ganz viele weitere nützliche Dinge (Schwamm, Waschmittel, Fleckenentferner, Spülmittel etc.) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Gleich an der Promenade hat es einige Restaurants, die sehr gut besucht werden, was insbesondere am Abend eine schöne Stimmung ergibt, die man auch sehr gut vom Balkon aus beobachten kann ;) Der Blick auf das Meer und die Strandpromenade sowie die gepflegte Aussenanlage des Hauses sind einfach nur schön! Wir vermissen es bereits :) Das Zentrum von Roses hat ma n in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht und ist ein toller Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade ( auch Richtung St. Margarita empfehlenswert). The owner Joseph was brilliant, very accommodating, even when we were delayed til 1am. The well equipped modern apartment itself is wonderful with a gorgeous balcony directly overlooking the sea. Lovely and quiet as just the promenade and the beach between you and the lapping waves. Three good bedrooms with two bathrooms. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return. The town of Roses is beautiful with lots of restaurants, shops and sea cliff walks.

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in der Ferienwohnung und Roses verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Strandtücher und ganz viele weitere nützliche Dinge (Schwamm, Waschmittel, Fleckenentferner, Spülmittel etc.) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Gleich an der Promenade hat es einige Restaurants, die sehr gut besucht werden, was insbesondere am Abend eine schöne Stimmung ergibt, die man auch sehr gut vom Balkon aus beobachten kann ;) Der Blick auf das Meer und die Strandpromenade sowie die gepflegte Aussenanlage des Hauses sind einfach nur schön! Wir vermissen es bereits :) Das Zentrum von Roses hat ma n in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht und ist ein toller Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade ( auch Richtung St. Margarita empfehlenswert). Die Gastgeber, Joseph und Sophie, sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut zuverlässig! Danke nochmals ganz herzlich! Wenn wir dürfen kommen wir nächsten Sommer sehr sehr gerne wieder! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, weil es uns bereits letztes Jahr so gefallen hat. Die Wohnung, die Lage und der Strand sind für Familienferien am Strand super. Das Zentrum von Roses erreicht man innert 15 Minuten entlang der wunderschönen Strandpromenade, inkl. Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Walking distance 10 minutes to the old town of Roses.plenty of bars and restaurants immediately around the property but location very quiet.Apartment very clean and very well equipped . Great holiday and a perfect apartment for our family! Spacious and clean and a really handy parking spot underneath which you would need definitely in the height of the season! Our host Joseph was also top class met us to see us in and overall would recommend this place to any families as there is something for everyone, long beach, restaurants and bars galore and a nice near town with lots of shopping options too! We will be back!!

Accueil chaleureux par Sophie et Joseph dans un appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour très agréable. Tres bien situé pour les commerces et aussi pour les visites, mais surtout cette terrasse où il fait bon prendre les repas face à la mer et même s'il pleut un peu

Appartement très propre et conforme à la description de l’annonce. Tout confort. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Rosas. Commerces à proximité. On peut tout faire à pieds. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Certainement à une prochaine fois. Merci à Sofie pour son accueil et sa confiance.
