Cosy Oceanfront Cottage - Hot Tub and Sauna

Host was responsive and proactive in sharing information and answering questions. The amenities and view were top notch, especially the hot tub and sauna. The basement was accessed each day for a couple of hours which could get quite noisy with the washer/dryer running and loud conversations, but other than this small disruption, our stay was great and we would book again!

Overall, the stay was great and would go again. The view was wonderful, cottage was clean, and grounds are well kept. A few things, I did not like there was no back light to the back deck so we were not able to utilize it as much once it got dark. It was dangerous going down the back step to get to sauna without a flashlight. There was no window covering on the front or back door would have liked that for privacy; however, not sure if this was done for security reasons. Communication from the property manager or the person sent to enter as someone came by and just opened the garage door. This left myself and my husband feeling a bit uncomfortable knowing that someone could just enter at any time and not bother to knock on the door to let us know that they are there.

We had an excellent stay at this oceanfront cottage in Hunts Point Nova Scotia. It's a great spot to explore the South Shore lighthouse route, nearby to Lunenburg & some other cute day trips. It also had incredible amenities including washer & dryer, hot tub, sauna and the comfiest bed! We absolutely loved having the windows open hearing the sounds of the waves as the sun came up in the morning ❤️

2 couples easily accommodated. More than 4 would be tight. On the water with pretty view. Loved the hot tub. About an hour south of Lunenberg, so easy day trip there. Kitchen well equipped. Living room comfortable.
