The home was the perfect size for our group of 10 women. We loved how close it was to Three Fox Vineyards which has wonderful staff and delicious pizza. The hot tub was a nice touch - the steps from the basement get quite slippery though and would benefit from mats to prevent misteps.

We thoroughly used and enjoyed the expansive property. The teens (6 of them!) used all the lawn space for games/lacrosse, and had so much fun on the swing and hammock. We loved the outdoor patio & fireplace (we had an owl visit!) The beds were comfortable and the nighttime train added to the country ambiance. I'd add more wine glasses to the kitchen since the home accommodates large groups in wine country. Also, the home is off the main highway so there is traffic noise but it did not bother us. Thank you for the use of your home. We returned feeling recharged.

With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here! It was very well stocked and very clean! We used the down stairs pool table and the outdoors fireplace (toasted marshmallows & hotdogs). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and supper. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated once we came back from our travels. It is centrally located to mulitple vineyards, apple and pumpkin patches, spring water, seversl really nice parks slso. All within 30 miles. I wish we had stayed 3 or 4 nights instead of only 2. The hostess messaged us twice to see if thete was anything that we needed, we lscked for nothing! If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway that is well kept, we recommend here.

We loved the grounds and the house was perfect, homey, roomy and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the winery, there's a lovely creek in the back and we loved hanging out outside on the back patio with the fireplace as well as inside the house. There was room for everyone and so peaceful!

This was a great place filled with thoughtful touches like the board game closet and the bench near the creek. The kitchen was great (better then my one at home!) and the couches were super comfy. The trail to the three Fox winery (a must visit!) was very pretty as well. It was the perfect spot for our reunion. I’d love to come back next time and use the huge yard for some family soccer games!

Overall we enjoyed the home. The outdoor area is very nice. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We had issues with ants and evidence of mice during the stay in the kitchen. Unfortunately this wasn't able to be corrected during our stay. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. The host offered to send the cleaning company out the next day which was appreciated but we declined the offer.
Overall we enjoyed the home. The outdoor area is very nice. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We had issues with ants and evidence of mice during the stay in the kitchen. Got in about 530pm after an 8 hour drive. We tried to cook a quick meal for our family. Grabbed a pot and my hand was covered in grease. Every pan dish and cup needed to be washed before using. After dinner made a cocktail and the shaker I took out of the cabinet had water left in it and was completely moldy. We opened the oven door and the handle to the oven door was broken and the handle came right off. No batteries in the tv remote. Floor fans didn’t work. Stain on my comforter and broken curtain rods. Balcony door blocked by trash and chairs folded. Floors were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Found food under the coffee table. Positives were the fire place outside and hot tub was nice. The winery next door was warm and inviting

Our time spent at the Farm House was wonderful! 14 of us from 12-80 years old all had a bed and a place at the dining room table! Perfect setting inside and out to celebrate my husbands birthday with all our children and grandchildren! We will be returning for future celebrations!

I cannot recommend this house enough. Not only is it in a beautiful part of Virginia, but the owner has taken great care to make it a great stay. The communication was prompt and friendly from first booking to details for check-in and gracious email once we left. The beds are sooo comfortable and the sheet first class. The water pressure and internet were both top notch (this is often where other owners fall down) The back patio is the perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee or a loud group for cocktails. We celebrated a 90th birthday over four days and all the guests aged between 19-90 all had something to love. Thanks to this amazing host for making an important time even more special.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful with great amenities and very comfortable beds! Lots of space for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. We visited for a friends weekend and loved our stay. The bedrooms and communal areas were comfortable and great for a party of 7. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were a hit. The property was peaceful. We didn’t walk to winery bc it was raining but we did drive (a minute) there and that was a lovely winery trip. The host was proactive asking if we needed anything before and during our stay. She was helpful w recommendation for restaurants and kind to offer any help while we were there (which we didn’t be it was great!). We would stay again and refer to friends. Thanks for a great stay!!

We had such a wonderful time at the farm house. It was just as charming as we had hoped for. WE were enchanted by the outdoor fireplace next to the hot tub. The yard was perfect for croquet and bocce ball, with plenty of room for the dog to run. Don’t miss pizza at the winery. The host was warm and very responsive. We stayed for a week while visiting Upperville. It was easy access to our destinations and the home comfortably fit 8 of us. The setting was quiet yet convenient to highway. Lots of inviting outdoor spaces! Communication with the property owner was very prompt and a minor problem quickly resolved. Overall we enjoyed the home. The outdoor area is very nice. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We had issues with ants and evidence of mice during the stay in the kitchen. Unfortunately this wasn't able to be corrected during our stay. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. The host offered to send the cleaning company out the next day which was appreciated but we declined the offer.

We visited for a friends weekend and loved our stay. The bedrooms and communal areas were comfortable and great for a party of 7. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were a hit. The property was peaceful. We didn’t walk to winery bc it was raining but we did drive (a minute) there and that was a lovely winery trip. The host was proactive asking if we needed anything before and during our stay. She was helpful w recommendation for restaurants and kind to offer any help while we were there (which we didn’t be it was great!). We would stay again and refer to friends. Thanks for a great stay!!

The home was the perfect size for our group of 10 women. We loved how close it was to Three Fox Vineyards which has wonderful staff and delicious pizza. The hot tub was a nice touch - the steps from the basement get quite slippery though and would benefit from mats to prevent misteps.

We thoroughly used and enjoyed the expansive property. The teens (6 of them!) used all the lawn space for games/lacrosse, and had so much fun on the swing and hammock. We loved the outdoor patio & fireplace (we had an owl visit!) The beds were comfortable and the nighttime train added to the country ambiance. I'd add more wine glasses to the kitchen since the home accommodates large groups in wine country. Also, the home is off the main highway so there is traffic noise but it did not bother us. Thank you for the use of your home. We returned feeling recharged.

We stayed for a week while visiting Upperville. It was easy access to our destinations and the home comfortably fit 8 of us. The setting was quiet yet convenient to highway. Lots of inviting outdoor spaces! Communication with the property owner was very prompt and a minor problem quickly resolved. Very satisfied with this home and will definitely return if needing a place to stay near Upperville.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend enjoying this beautiful and comfortable farmhouse. The kids loved the big yard and smores around the fireplace, while we all slept soundly in very comfortable beds. Highly recommend! The location was perfect - a brief drive from DC and right next to several wineries, breweries and great restaurants up the road.

The house had great outdoor space, and we wish it had been warmer to take full advantage. It was close to Middleburg, wineries, and breweries. The beds were very comfortable for our group of eight.

This was a great place filled with thoughtful touches like the board game closet and the bench near the creek. The kitchen was great (better then my one at home!) and the couches were super comfy. The trail to the three Fox winery (a must visit!) was very pretty as well. It was the perfect spot for our reunion. I’d love to come back next time and use the huge yard for some family soccer games!

We had such a wonderful time at the farm house. It was just as charming as we had hoped for. WE were enchanted by the outdoor fireplace next to the hot tub. The yard was perfect for croquet and bocce ball, with plenty of room for the dog to run. Don’t miss pizza at the winery. The host was warm and very responsive. She checked in to make sure we had everything we’re needed. Thank you for hosting us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here! It was very well stocked and very clean! We used the down stairs pool table and the outdoors fireplace (toasted marshmallows & hotdogs). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and supper. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated once we came back from our travels. It is centrally located to mulitple vineyards, apple and pumpkin patches, spring water, seversl really nice parks slso. All within 30 miles. I wish we had stayed 3 or 4 nights instead of only 2. The hostess messaged us twice to see if thete was anything that we needed, we lscked for nothing! If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway that is well kept, we recommend here.

Got in about 530pm after an 8 hour drive. We tried to cook a quick meal for our family. Grabbed a pot and my hand was covered in grease. Every pan dish and cup needed to be washed before using. After dinner made a cocktail and the shaker I took out of the cabinet had water left in it and was completely moldy. We opened the oven door and the handle to the oven door was broken and the handle came right off. No batteries in the tv remote. Floor fans didn’t work. Stain on my comforter and broken curtain rods. Balcony door blocked by trash and chairs folded. Floors were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Found food under the coffee table. Positives were the fire place outside and hot tub was nice. The winery next door was warm and inviting

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Plenty of rooms / beds for our kids, very well stocked with supplies / appliances and clean! There was plenty of outdoor space as well for the kids and dogs to run around. We will definitely come back!
