Great budget hotel for short stay. I traveled for business and this was fine for a night. Dog friendly. Right off freeway. Plenty of parking. I felt safe. Things smelled good. Lots of luggage carts and accessibile. Rooms are large, dated, and fairly clean, there was mold in the shower. Walls are thin, bring a white noise machine and you'll be fine. A/C worked well. Though the bed was comfy, the springs in both beds were incredibly loud. Large fridge and freezer in room, but microwave looked unsafe, so I didn't use it. Soap in shower wasn't refilled, so they put a bar soap in there. Only supplied a small dollar store kleenex pack. Staff was nice and breakfast offerings okay, would like to have seen some type of protein. I'd stay again for a short stay only.

It was alright. Dog-themed hotel which was unexpected. Staff is not people attentive. Hardly any hospitality. Washer(s) on site are broken. The tv package they have available is very very limited.

I need a pet friendly place for travel accomodations. This place goes above and beyond pet friendly. They even have rooms named after breeds of dogs. Loved this place.

It met my basic requirements of safety for me and my vehicle, quietness during day and night, and working basic amenities such as shower, air conditioner and TV. Parking was literally in front of my door on the first floor. Continental breakfast with coffee in the morning was just what I needed to start the day! I would definitely stay there again!

Could have been cleaner. There were stains on the walls and the bathroom shower was covered in mold. Would not shower in there. Bed wasn’t really comfortable and pillows were small and flat. When we checked in we were told they offered a full breakfast but all they had was waffle, cereal and toast. Also so hot we couldn’t take time to sit and eat. No air was on in dining area.

The room was large and spacious. The floor didn't look like it has been mopped or cleaned in a while. Sometimes the door wouldn't close properly. The TV remote didn't work and the plug in close to the window next to the bed must have had a problem, because the alarm clock and light was unplugged and when plugging them in, the lights flickered and the alarm clock flashed oddly and unplugged them as they were. When I reserved the room it was for some reason reserved on the next night and the lady at the front desk adjusted the day for that day, which was very accommodating and appreciated. Decent breakfast.

The check in was easy, the room was okay, the breakfast had lots of easy quick options which we loved because we were able to grab stuff for the road. The ac didn’t work very well in the room so a few times we woke up pretty hot but it was bearable.

Hotel was a little dirty-- especially around the vanity in the sink area. The first room we got, the AC was not working. Took a bit but they changed us to a new room. Beds were comfortable and staff was really nice.

We got there very late and the night auditor was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We loved that there was no fee for our canine friend. The beds were soft and comfortable and our room was very clean. We were very disappointed we were unable to stay again on our way back to Tucson, but they were all filled up. Thank you for the great nights rest!

The smell in the room was horrible. The bathroom was falling apart. The staff members were rude. We rented the room due to my house not having an AC and they were fixing. Just because I was from Pecos they stated that they couldn’t rent a room to us. I had to argue with then until they let us stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were thankful for the good air conditioning on a 107 degree day. We were also grateful that they were gracious about us having our two dogs with us. The TV in our room didn’t work however, and no alternative was offered to us. Breakfast was all cold options, including the coffee, unfortunately. But their were plenty of options to choose from.

Staff was accommodating. In the first room (112) the dead bolt did not work. Was moved to another room (111) the clock, coffee maker and TV did not work. I was offered another room but was already unpacked and tired. The shower drain cover was not at all attached. Hall carpets needed vacuuming . Breakfast had several offerings of hot and cold. Would not stay here again.

Booked this room as we crossed States for a family trip. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, waffles, yogurt and coffee. We arrived at 1am and departed at 8am.
