Coastal Escape w/ Water Access & Sunroom

The property was spacious and clean, in a quiet location. I especially enjoyed coffee on the front porch, watching deer, rabbits, and squirrels. Very relaxing.

A very warm and welcoming home. Very clean and tastefully decorated. It is in a peaceful and tranquil community, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back next year.

My family and I spent a week at this home. It was nicely updated and well equipped for a peaceful home away from home. We also really enjoyed the community pool which was a short walk from the house. The location was great as well. It was walking distance to Ocean View Breweing, Charlie K’s BBQ, and a produce stand. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and the neighborhood was quiet and well placed. We enjoyed our week but have a few hesitations on booking again. The house was cleanish, dust and dirt and cobwebs were present everywhere. The paint especially in the bathrooms were poor at best and looked under construction. The back yard had little grass and didn't offer the kid friendly back yard we had hoped. The keypad on the front door was broken and didn't work the entire time we were there. No garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and little paper towels and toilet paper. The listing said there was a gas grill, but there was little gas left in the tank. When I mentioned it to the homeowner the response was: "that's just the way it is, people have to provide or refill it that stay there." This has never been our experience in a beach rental in the area. There were ants in the house. We reached out again and she said it was just the weather which we understood to a point. She did have some ant traps delivered, but never checked in on us the rest of the stay, even though she knew about the issues. Again, not our experience before in the same area. The outdoor shower did not work at all and the other outdoor faucets still had the winter covers on it. The front porch was filthy and not useable as it was. Kelly was great and responsive to our texts, but the house didn't feel fully loved by the owners.
