Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom is spacious-the king size bed VERY comfortable. Bed in den also very comfortable. 2 baths. 1shower one tub. Living area very nice, very clean, lanai spacious and private with easy access to pool. Kitchen had nice appliances and eat-in area. Easy access onto Gulf of Mexico Drive-lots of restaurants within a short drive-be sure to check out Lazy Lobster and go over bridge to Cortez-Seafood Shack-great food and prices-seafood super fresh. My husband and I would highly recommend The Beach!

Secondary tank was empty and in bad shape! AC condenser was in the main bedroom that made a lot of noise. My wife who is very conscientious about cleaning said that the room was poorly cleaned. We would have expected higher standards for the price. We will not recommend this rental unit or any on this property. Sorry but being truthful!

Great location. Beautiful Gulf view! Wonderful weather.Not enough beach lounge chairs for 14 units.Be careful walking off back patio! There are exposed irrigation pipes/lines and rusty electrical conduit.Could use a couple of sauce pans in the kitchen.Old pictures of what the property looks like.

The view is beautiful and the beach was quiet. All the furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. Condo appeared clean when we arrived, but there was old food on the pots and pans. Also, the nonstick teflon flaked off the pans onto all of the food we cooked. Pans need to be replaced asap. You’re paying for the view, direct access to the beach which was great.

Access to the beautiful beach was a short walk further. This rental had all of the necessities covered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo definitely needs some updating. The pictures on the Vrbo don’t match what you get. A lot of construction going on and around the property. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our refrigerator went out but it was taken care of the next day. Also..a very bright porch light shines into the master bedroom and there was no way to turn off.

So, if you’re looking for something to get away, quiet, peaceful retreat with beautiful sunsets away from the center of town. This is it. I stayed in unit 101, it’s big enough, perfect sunsets from the patio. Pool and beach are right there which is convenient when traveling with 2 toddlers. The unit needs some TLC and a very deep cleaning maybe even some paint, but overall it’s a great unit and I’ll definitely be back!

And the walk to the beach is very short. The room we stay in has a washer & dryer so bathing suits are fresh, we can eat in or go out. We appreciate being able to stay in such place.

Although the unit was clean, the floor was not, it could have used a good mopping. On checkin day after walking around barefoot we noticed that our feet were filthy. The dishwasher didn’t work well, the furniture was outdated in the main living area, and there were things that were sub-standard overall, like the lighting(not enough) and the water never got hot enough. The place needs to be refreshed. The bedroom was the best part of the unit, as the furniture had been updated and the mattress was comfortable. I wouldn’t rent this unit again, unless there are changes made.

The cost of it is outrageous compared to what you get my windows were disgustingly dirty ( I did point it out to the local manager, nothing changed ) The cleaning team is terrible , they had no training, or not enough

All of the beds were very uncomfortable, and I even considered coming home early because of them. If they replaced the beds, I believe this place will get repeat customers. We were more interested in the access to the beach than an upscale place to sleep, which is really the only thing we used the unit for. We do wish the balcony were larger and on the side that faces the beach, but it is not a deal breaker that would keep us from renting it again (although another unit with a beach-facing balcony would be chosen over this). The beach was clean and quiet and not crowded like the touristy section north in Anna Maria. This was tranquil.

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us in the unit. There is a guest bathroom on the first level that we used. We used the stove, microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. They all worked great. It would be nice to have some upgraded pots and pans. The furniture is a big dated, but was in good shape. The deck is on the side of the building, not directly facing the beach. It would have been nice for the deck to be on the beach side of the unit. Overall, it’s a nice corner unit in a great location.

Fantastic view, great location. Beach was wonderful, shopping and restaurants nearby. Small but nice private deck. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds were too hard, sheets were scratchy, pillows flat (we bought pillows and cases). You could not lower the thermostat below 74, so it was doubly hard to sleep. Worst of all, there was an uninsulated connecting door to the next unit. We heard everything they said and watched (including karaoke until midnight). We also smelled their cooking.

Instructions to get keys were very confusing. Thought we could check in at the condo office, as we have done before. Didn’t know we were meant to check in with RVA. Won’t be back.

We did have a broken dishwasher which didn't bother us as we usually use paper products on vacation. This is our second stay with RVA. Both times we reported maintenance needs. Neither were addressed during our stays.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, the room is clean and comfortable, nice kitchen, beautiful view and nice pool. Check in and out were a breeze.

The communication was so bad anytime we tried to call the person would say oh the managers are in a meeting so you can’t speak to them we’ll get back to you, which they never did, I came last week We were informed late on Tuesday that the water was going to be turned off, but no exact time we had told them that we’re leaving Wednesday never told us what we needed to do. We were getting out before the bridge closed and the hurricane came. No one that seems to work there cares about the people that are renting from them and I will never use rva again or tell anyone else to use your rva again. The unit had a great view, but it was dirty. The comforter on the Murphy bed was torn underneath. I wonder if the owner of the condo knows how mismanaged their place is. Lastly other than us showing up to get our keys, no one was ever in the office

Mainly just beaching it😉. Visited St. Armands Circle only a couple minutes down from us👍😉.
