Matteo very personable and communication does excellent.Apartment could use more stables such as sponges, kitchen towels, & pot holders, Great location for ferry but steep uphill walk back up the hill. No problem if fit. Could use additional lighting though.Overall would recommend and would stay there again.

Fantastic September stay , very well located apartments , very spacious & clean . Well equipped with everything you needed . Host Matteo was brilliant, nothing was to much trouble & gave lots of contacts for local businesses and advice for the local area , thank you

The location was beautiful and Matteo was a gracious host. This is a great location for families. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and clean each day. The short walk down to the town via the stairs was beautiful, but making the trip back up would be harder for those older and out of shape. Making the walk back up in the dark is challenging so I would recommend that guests that do not have their own transportation plan ahead a request a taxi early in the day or schedule it the day before. I would most definitely stay at this location again.

Lovely apartment, with views of Lake Como. Matteo was very welcoming, check in process very easy. Five minute walk to the Lake and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking space for our 2 cars.
