Perfect house, perfect location. Plenty of room. The game room was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed the fire pit, the fireplace and just spending time with family. Honestly, this host thought of everything! Anything they would have had for their family, they supplied. Very thoughtful, felt like home. We will certainly be back! Thank you!

Our stay was amazing all thanks to this property and our hosts! The setup and amenities of the property are just perfect. The game room and swim dock kept the kids (and adults!) entertained when we weren’t on the water. Everything was there that we needed. Plenty of towels and room for all of us with tons to do inside and outside. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying and playing on Grand Lake for a short or long vacation!

What a GRAND weekend!!! Great experience with this house and the ownership. We had a group of 9 adults and the layout of the house is perfect. Great for friends and families to enjoy Grand Lake. It had everything we needed - even had toys/items for the lake we could use. Lots of outdoor seating. The owner contacted us early in the week with an issue at the house and even offered to cancel if we wanted. We did not take her up on the offer (because we wanted to be at the lake). Check in info came on time. Owner responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Loved our time at Grand Lake and would have no issue with renting from Leslie again.

This property had it all. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms kitchen and dining space for all 17 of us. The outside covered deck and the easily accessible dock were all great. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all had a great time! One of our favorite VRBO’s in many years of renting.

We had our children and grandchildren -12 total in January and unknown to us when planning, historic cold and snow! But we had plenty to keep everyone entertained. The game room was a hit and well heated. Along with games and puzzles in the house and baby equipment. The hot tub was even enjoyed in the freezing temp and was nice and hot! The communication with the host was exceptional!

This was a great place to vacation on Grand Lake. The house has every amenity you could possibly think of and the game room/garage allowed the fun to continue despite thunderstorms. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in, highly recommend!

This house was so nice. Very clean and spaced out great for us and our friends. Very well stocked kitchen. Fully fenced patio with hot tub and small side yard. Sunrise view was amazing off the back deck. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and all of the water toys that they have.

Our family of 18 loved this place! Every amenity that could be had was found here. Amazing property! Our 9 grandkids aging from 1 to 14 enjoyed every minute we spent here. Docking our pontoon boat was easy and convenient. Can't wait to come back!

We could not have asked for better, more comfortable, or more well-appointed accomodations.This was perfect for kids and adults alike, we never left the property and had an amazing time. The water was clear and beautiful; and the host left instructions and supplies everywhere they should be! We will be back next year; and thank you for sharing such a wonderful space with others!

We went down to Grand Lake for our niece's wedding and wanted to stay a couple extra days to spend time with family. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean. and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were enough bath towels for a small army! The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. When we had a small problem with one of the toilets, it was fixed in an hour. Would highly recommend!

We booked this place for our Christmas getaway and we immediately loved the place. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the outdoor patio and hot-tub because of the weather but we enjoyed our time inside the house, very spacious , doggy doors were super helpful. Appreciated abundance of clean towels , kitchen utensils, comfortable and clean beddings. Property owners were super responsive, helped us with all our queries. We had a great time. Definitely recommend this place.

The facility was very nice and just like the online advertisement. Everything we needed was provided and in very good condition. It was conveniently located and anything we needed was available withing just a few minutes. We were very favorably impressed by the local supermarket. The only issues we had were that the outside area of the property (patio and hot tub area) was not as clean as it should have been. The hot tub furniture was moldy, and it looked like the entire area needed a good sweeping and power washing. These were minor concerns and did not detract from the wonderful time we had at your property. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to our friends. Thanks so much.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this lake house! The living room might have been a little small in cold weather, but with all the outdoor seating, and the game room and the boat dock we had plenty of room to spread out and so many activities to enjoy! There are lots of beds and bedrooms that easily and comfortably accommodated our large group. I was worried about all the stairs for my 95 year old dad, but with the exception of the walkway back from the boat dock, which was too much uphill, dad did great! The fenced in yard with gated porch was perfect for our pets. The host was very responsive to our questions and the house had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend!

The lake house was very peaceful and inviting. It was the perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. The layout of the house was perfect because I’m an early riser to watch the sun come up and have coffee. The game room was fun even for adults! We spent a week with our 4 kids, their spouses and the grandkids. This was the perfect place for us. We do a week at the lake every year, this was our first trip to Grand Lake. The home, the lake, and location were perfect. This was the most well appointed VRBO we have ever done. These hosts have thought of all the big and little conveniences. Grandkids loved the game room when they weren’t in the lake. the older boys all slept there!! We have already booked for next year!!

There were 8 adults and 8 children ranging in age from 8 to 61. Everyone had an awesome time. The house was great and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. The owner provided all the amenities you will need for a great and relaxing time!

Location is great, right on the water, only a couple coves from the cliff jumping and just across the water from party cove. Multiple boat ramps and marina are close by, we rented from Docks and Rocks just down the street and they were amazing also. So much to do even just on the property alone, we got rained in one day and still had a good time with all there is to do in the house and garage/game room. Hosts are great, very helpful and quick to reply. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Grand!

We had our children and grandchildren -12 total in January and unknown to us when planning, historic cold and snow! But we had plenty to keep everyone entertained. The game room was a hit and well heated. Along with games and puzzles in the house and baby equipment. The hot tub was even enjoyed in the freezing temp and was nice and hot! The communication with the host was exceptional!

We were more than pleased with our stay! The check in process was easy, the home was beyond our expectations, and we are already talking about dates for going back. So many fun little perks: puzzles, games, binoculars for the kids, towels and sunscreen, bird feeders, and water fun including two lilly pads! We were able to use their water tube and our teens loved that! Everyone enjoyed the garage bonus room too! Thank you for providing our family with an incredible getaway!

We could not have asked for better, more comfortable, or more well-appointed accomodations.This was perfect for kids and adults alike, we never left the property and had an amazing time. The water was clear and beautiful; and the host left instructions and supplies everywhere they should be! We will be back next year; and thank you for sharing such a wonderful space with others!

Location is great, right on the water, only a couple coves from the cliff jumping and just across the water from party cove. Multiple boat ramps and marina are close by, we rented from Docks and Rocks just down the street and they were amazing also. So much to do even just on the property alone, we got rained in one day and still had a good time with all there is to do in the house and garage/game room. Hosts are great, very helpful and quick to reply. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Grand!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was excellent and there was plenty of room for our large family. The host was very responsive and the place was well equipped. The game room was especially enjoyed by our teenagers as well as the hot tub! I highly recommend this place.

The lake house was very peaceful and inviting. It was the perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. The layout of the house was perfect because I’m an early riser to watch the sun come up and have coffee. The game room was fun even for adults! Thank you for letting us stay!I would definitely recommend the house and would love to return.

The facility was very nice and just like the online advertisement. Everything we needed was provided and in very good condition. It was conveniently located and anything we needed was available withing just a few minutes. We were very favorably impressed by the local supermarket. The only issues we had were that the outside area of the property (patio and hot tub area) was not as clean as it should have been. The hot tub furniture was moldy, and it looked like the entire area needed a good sweeping and power washing. These were minor concerns and did not detract from the wonderful time we had at your property. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to our friends. Thanks so much.

Our family of 18 loved this place! Every amenity that could be had was found here. Amazing property! Our 9 grandkids aging from 1 to 14 enjoyed every minute we spent here. Docking our pontoon boat was easy and convenient. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was amazing all thanks to this property and our hosts! The setup and amenities of the property are just perfect. The game room and swim dock kept the kids (and adults!) entertained when we weren’t on the water. Everything was there that we needed. Plenty of towels and room for all of us with tons to do inside and outside. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying and playing on Grand Lake for a short or long vacation!

We spent a week with our 4 kids, their spouses and the grandkids. This was the perfect place for us. We do a week at the lake every year, this was our first trip to Grand Lake. The home, the lake, and location were perfect. This was the most well appointed VRBO we have ever done. These hosts have thought of all the big and little conveniences. Grandkids loved the game room when they weren’t in the lake. the older boys all slept there!! We have already booked for next year!!

We went down to Grand Lake for our niece's wedding and wanted to stay a couple extra days to spend time with family. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean. and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were enough bath towels for a small army! The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. When we had a small problem with one of the toilets, it was fixed in an hour. Would highly recommend!

We booked this place for our Christmas getaway and we immediately loved the place. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the outdoor patio and hot-tub because of the weather but we enjoyed our time inside the house, very spacious , doggy doors were super helpful. Appreciated abundance of clean towels , kitchen utensils, comfortable and clean beddings. Property owners were super responsive, helped us with all our queries. We had a great time. Definitely recommend this place.

This property had it all. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms kitchen and dining space for all 17 of us. The outside covered deck and the easily accessible dock were all great. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all had a great time! One of our favorite VRBO’s in many years of renting.

This house was so nice. Very clean and spaced out great for us and our friends. Very well stocked kitchen. Fully fenced patio with hot tub and small side yard. Sunrise view was amazing off the back deck. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and all of the water toys that they have.

Perfect place for our family of 15 with toddlers & a baby staying. Playpens for the children to sleep, a baby's bath, trundle beds for toddlers & an entertaining recreation room in a once garage made into game room. Bedrooms are on the main floor with an easy entrance to unload our luggage. Down the stairs is a large family room & big kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck, using the hot tub & playing games. We floated off the dock with the children enjoying the lake. We had a great time. Our only suggestion is the gas grill could use replaced but not a deal breaker.Leslie is a caring & kind host. Very responsive & even checked on us as a storm came through one evening. We loved all the amenities and extras that are provided at this home. Just little things that really add up-tons of beach towels and hooks, smores sticks and supplies, life jackets and paddle boards. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved that there was a tv on the back patio so we could enjoy the beautiful weather while watching March madness. Everything was so comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our 5 boys ages 8-16. I even appreciated all the signage around the house with details/guidance. A well thought out vacation home with owners who are really working to provide a great guest experience. Would definitely recommend!
