My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at Mizzou. The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking was a little inconvenient (amplified by the fact that it rained the entire time) but that comes with downtown Como. It is close to campus and to several bars and restaurants so if that’s not your vibe you might want to stay somewhere that’s not as close to the campus.

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. Bedding was quality and very comfortable. Security is great as you need a key to access the building. Check-in process was easy, and Cory was more than accommodating to our flexible schedule. He was very responsive throughout our trip and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect for a family of 4 and can accommodate 6 comfortably. We came from out-of-state for a swim meet at the Mizzou Aquatic Center, which we have done the past few years. We have always stayed outside of town, but decided to stay in the downtown area for this trip. We are so glad we did. The absolute best thing about this property is the location. It is a very short walk to the Mizzou campus and all that downtown Columbia has to offer, which was a pleasant surprise to us. We were blown away by the amount of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars, and ice cream shops all within a short walk. If you enjoy exercising outside, the MKT trail is great and just a few short blocks away. Overall, we had a great experience. The next time we are in Columbia, we are definitely staying here!

Family stay for long football weekend. Had a great time. It's downtown so expect some noise from the street but wasn't anything that impacted our stay. Kids had fun standing in the balcony and talking to the crowds on the sidewalk.

Great location within walking distance of Columbia downtown restaurant/bar district. Stayed 1 night to watch HS state basketball tourney. Had a minor issue with having the wrong code to access entry to the property, but owner was very responsive, and it was resolved immediately. Were able to get in at noon rather than typical 4:00. Slept 8 easily and could have accommodated 10.

The location is very convenient to Mizzou and downtown Columbia. It’s super clean and comes furnished with coffee pods, creamer, bottles of water, snacks, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and kitchen with all the comforts of home. It has comfortable beds, nice linens, and is overall just great. Owner was very available for questions and made the whole thing easy. Highly recommend for family or group

This loft is beautiful and is super-clean! We parked our car once and walked everywhere, dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within a three block radius in any direction. Short walk to campus. Our host Cory was very friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Unit was everything it indicated except that one room did not have a second bed as was indicated in the write up. Unit was very clean, with lots of room and all the nice extras that the better VRBO units have. Location was unbelievable. Downtown on 9th street close to everything. We will stay there again.

Discovered some machines and they were checked out, but they are needed to drown out the noise from the street. Lots of partying. Location is great and owner was responsive condo showed three bedrooms one with two beds but only one exists. They are two futon couches that for that two beds which are nice too.

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

We were visiting the university and stayed in the condo. It was very convenient and centrally located in the downtown area. It was about a 10 minute walk to the university which was great. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit while we toured the campus. Thanks for your flexibility.

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

The location is very convenient to Mizzou and downtown Columbia. It’s super clean and comes furnished with coffee pods, creamer, bottles of water, snacks, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and kitchen with all the comforts of home. It has comfortable beds, nice linens, and is overall just great. Owner was very available for questions and made the whole thing easy. Highly recommend for family or group

The loft was clean, well stocked with coffees, and the owner even left some treats for our wedding party! This was the perfect location for us since we were able to walk basically everywhere we went and nobody had to worry about finding a DD 😉 The loft is located right above a bagel shop too so it was perfect for breakfast the next day. We had a lot of fun. Check in/out process was great too! I would definitely go back if I’m ever back in Columbia.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk to everything. Very Clean and the snacks were nice. The only thing I was concerned about was the parking. We had two cars because we were coming from two different places. One parking spot comes with the rental which was clear, but the other parking option said the Cherry street garage. I pulled in and every spot has a “permit” only sign on it. The signage wasn’t clear that it was free after 6pm on Fridays and over the weekend. There was no parking on the streets and that garage was packed. Messaged the host and never heard back. Would have appreciated a quick message back so that I didn’t spend a night worried about my car getting towed. Now that I know that I would definitely stay again.
