Property Negatives: • Overall, the property is dated, rustic, and smaller than it looked in the pictures. Pictures make it look like a beautiful chalet. • Ice machine on refrigerator non-operational. • No washer/dryer • No dishwasher. • Dedicated parking spot for one car otherwise have to park in front on the road. • Path to the lake is long and straight downhill. Not well-maintained down to the lake. • The lower level master tub is very slippery according to our friends. • Some outlets not working and cell phones did not charge. • Hot tub EXTREMELY slippery and needs to have safety rails to get in/out. One of us fell and one other partially fell. • Dead bugs and live spiders in house. (Area is heavily wooded so not unexpected). • Would definitely not recommend this property for older folks who have any sort of mobility issues due to the sloped parking area, steps to the lake, and steep stairs inside. Positives: • Absolutely gorgeous, heavily wooded area. Absolutely beautiful location. Lots of wildlife: fox, deer, pileated woodpeckers, great blue heron, and lots of other types of birds. • Common areas and paved roads are very well maintained and landscaped. • Innsbrook Staff were all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The home that we stayed in would best be described as very worn. No dishwasher, out door hot tub deck is in need of painting and repair, furniture throughout home is dated. The king sized beds in both bedrooms were comfortable which is important to me. Bring your own firewood with you. The hot tub was in good working order and a fun perk.
