早餐非常豐富及出色！步行往西湖很方便，沿途有各式各樣的商店及風景。 我們登記入住時客房未準備好，酒店服務員安排我們到大堂等候，可是沒有主動向客人交待房間已經可以入住。我們後來要問服務員才知道客房以備好。

Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days.

Staff are very helpful and they helped me arrange for my day trip to Wuzhen. Staff speaks English too. They make my stay very welcoming and warm.
