Words cannot express how beautiful, comfortable, warm and cozy our villa was. Rosa is an amazing hostess who brought baked good s in the morning. We cooked st the villa several nights which was so much fun and it was an amazing experiences. We all absolutely loved the villa, its location, Todi is an amazing city and, of course, Rosa, a new friend.

Rosa was a a delight. She provided us with information about local restaurants and other businesses in Todi and the surrounding areas.We will definitely be going back to this spectacular villa.

Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on.

My family had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful country home in Umbria. Our host, Rosa, was extremely hospitable in every way. The home was very comfortable and in a great location for our family to visit the historic villages and come home and relax by the pool in the evenings. We especially appreciated the quiet and private location. We can't wait to return to this property for our next family retreat!

The house and grounds are truly beautiful. Every detail was perfect. Rosa was not only an extraordinary host and cook, she went well beyond our expectations bringing us treats and offering recommendations to meet our needs.
