The hotel was not great. When we came there were no towels and the light in the room was not working. The next day we found out that the shower door had been loose and it fell off. And we asked them to fix it. So the next day they fixed the light but not the shower door. We were staying there for 4 days and not once did they clean our room or take the garbage out. We were not happy with this stay

Arrived after business hours, door was closed, called number on door several times, no one answered! Had to find other hotel at 23h00 !

The stuff of the hotel are not fruendly, they dont speak english except one guy. I have been to this hoteln8 years ago and the service was really good When i request to clean the room, they never do it. I stayed 5 days in the hotel they have cleaned for one day only while i was requesting every day for that. The brake fast finishes quickly and is not variant

There was no ability to check in at all as no one answered the bell nor the telephone numbers written on the door for already booked rooms. There was none there. I did not stay at the the hotel city loft.
