宿泊や朝食については申し分なく、満足のいくものでした。駐車場が提携先2軒、そのうちの一軒は出庫できる時間が決まってしまっているので、早朝に出たいと言う方は注意が必要です。近くにコンビニ、ドンキホーテがあり、足りないものを購入するのも困りませんでした。外国のお客様も多数宿泊されていましたが、皆さんマナーよくとても静かで、名古屋に泊まる時はマストにしたいホテルです。

員工很親切，櫃台在三樓，採自助入住及退房，還有二台洗衣機（雖然有點不足），另外還有咖啡機可自行取用，另外每次住宿會提供一次紅酒或白酒，記得向櫃台索取酒的卡片。清潔上～就如網路上評論的美中不足了，基本上我們每天都會把垃圾集中、毛巾類也統一集中，再掛上清理房間的牌子，總真的是有美中不足的地方，但最後一晚我們回房間發現浴缸裡有些許頭髮在各處，只好在洗澡前自己全部清洗一次了～

Hotel Forza’s reception is not on the ground floor but the third floor. It has a beautiful lounge and free coffee and wine but the coffee machine was broken for the last two days of my stay. The room is neat and has some space for your luggage. The cleaning staff and the receptionists are helpful and polite. Hotel Forza’s location is very good with three major department stores across the street and many shops on the underground shopping street.

初めて宿泊しました。3階フロントがある場所に、コーヒーサービスがあり、ワインは一杯サービスでした。これは嬉しいです。スタッフさん達は皆さん感じが良く、親切で安心できました。アメニティはフロント横から持っていくスタイルでした。部屋は写真で見たより狭かったですが、全体に綺麗でした。洗い場がある風呂付きの部屋があるのは有り難かった。気になった点は、レースカーテンが黒い点々が目につき、カビがな？これが気になりました。宿泊した日は土砂降りな日のせいかわかりませんが、冷房つけても蒸し蒸ししていました。料金は周辺ホテルの中では、比較的安かったので十分かな？立地は、駅から5分、松坂屋とナディアパークの間にあり、店がたくさんで便利と思います。お腹が空いてなくて朝食は食べませんでしたが、評判がいいので、次機会があれば食べたいです。

Bed smelled of sweat and room was generally unclean. Foot massager cord was left on floor upon entering and was stepped on barefoot which was very painful. Staff kept luggage before check in which was nice. But when there was an issue with payment before check in, the manager became irritated and had a tone. Seemed upset regarding third party booking with Expedia.

お風呂とトイレが別かつ広い。洗面台も大きな鏡。真冬の宿泊だったが空調を入れると部屋が乾燥するのでなにか対策できるものを持ち込むと良いかもしれない。フロントが３階にあり、外から入る入り口にはエレベーターホールのみだが、ルームキーが無ければフロントより上の階の宿泊室には上がれないので安全性もあり良かった。もともと愛知育ちで栄も知った町だが、子連れの朝食には困ったので、ホテルの朝食をつけた方が良い。夕食は少し歩けば歓楽街だしデパートもたくさんあるので選び放題。とても満足したので定宿にしたい。

Convenient location with many dining & shopping options all around. It is also a short walk from the subway station. Service staff were very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, large by Japanese standards as there was a couch by the window but still a squeeze to open up your luggage freely. The bed is an issue as it’s only 125cm wide so it’s a little uncomfortable for 2 persons. Overall, it was an acceptable experience.

チェックイン前に駐車場の説明のために連絡をくださったので、間違えずに駐車できたことは良かったです。チェックイン時に、予約番号を聞かれ、分からなかったのでエクスペディアのメールを見せましたが、違うと言われ、しばらく探していると「お名前でも検索できます」と。じゃあ最初から教えて欲しかった。私がもたついて遅いので、イライラしてる態度がわかりました。コーヒーのサーバーのことだけ説明して、チェックイン時にいただけるワインのカードもくれなかった。(前に滞在したことあるので知っていた) 子供添い寝無料で予約したのに、「大人2名ですね」って部屋のタオル等2名分しかなく困った。前はお子様用にと歯ブラシもその場でもらえたのに。アメニティバーも教えてくれませんでした。男の方の対応でした。夜中に子供用の歯ブラシとタオルをいただきに行った際のフロントの女の方は、笑顔で対応してくださいました。

我們一共入住了4晚，這間酒店不提供房間清潔服務，除非提出。我們入住後第二晚後要求清潔房間。我兒子的公仔放在床上，被清潔的員工連被子一併收走去左。我們向服務員說明情況，他們說要找清潔公司確認事情。結果我們等了三天才找到公仔，而且我們是沒有都要去前台一兩次他們才回復，而且每次都要從新講一次整件事情。最後公子是找回了。但是已經被清潔公司洗了一遍，而且已經縮水了很多。而酒店也沒有說半句不好意思或道歉或賠償。整個過程我們都是很有禮貌。但是他們的處理我覺得就是如果我們不追的話，他們就不會主動處理。很失望！

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and made for a relaxing experience. The location is excellent—close to parking facilities and within easy reach of major malls, which made getting around very convenient. The staff and front desk provided warm, attentive service throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive impression. I also really appreciated the self‑serve coffee and chocolate station; it was a thoughtful touch that made mornings and evenings even better. Overall, a great stay—I’d be happy to return and would recommend this hotel to others.

When I had no water in the bottle in the room at around 11 p.m, I came and asked to the front desk. She said "No!" "One day, One bottle!" "Go out and buy it at the convenient store around here. there is." This is the answer. We two persons stayed in the room. But one little bottle for two person? She should have been more polite attitude. I could not and didn't want to make any words. I was like a little mouse in front of a big lion. She looked not a Japanese. My wife and I stayed in a standard room. The room is cozy for 2 ppl with 1 big luggage. The hotel locates in the middle of Sakae, so we went everywhere by walk or train. We highly recommend the hotel for visitors in the 3rd city Nagoya.

Overall it’s good, smart and modern. Strange check in location on the third floor but I guess it has to be like this, annoying that the elevator stops at the third floor on EVERY pass. Breakfast fine, plenty of choice, a welcoming drink although I did not take this. Just a little awkward finding the entrance but blame Google Maps that puts it on the Main Street rather than around the corner.

Just be care seem local Japanese will also spend a weekend on this hotel, I found there was a lots of people (i.e. kids) during Sunday morning. You have to queue up and wait for a seat for your breakfast (I arrived the restaurant at 8:30am). But overall arrangement was still very good.

My stay at Hotel Forza was excellent from beginning to end. The service was outstanding, and the staff was always kind, professional, and eager to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The location is perfect. It is surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and a vibrant neighborhood with a wonderful atmosphere, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The breakfast exceeded my expectations—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options. The quality of the food was excellent throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and welcomed at all times. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Forza to anyone visiting Nagoya.
