The condo was as described. It is an oceanfront condo, but located on the street side. No ocean view. Located directly across from elevators (noisy at times) The unit could use a few updates, bathroom toilet, faucet in tub etc. door between bathrooms did not latch, not much privacy when using restroom. Bedroom carpets were dirty, our socks were black on the bottom after walking around. The unit did not have any cleaning supplies, we had to purchase basic cleaning supplies for counters in kitchen and bathroom. They did have a nice variety of coolers and bags to use for the beach. Also had beach towels available. The pool was closed our entire stay. I feel the host could have told us this beforeBooking and I could have made other arrangements. We were not informed that it was closed. The listing did not mention the closure. My kids were very sad they couldn’t swim, the entire reason we booked this condo was for the pool and oceanfront. The owner did give us 100 off for the pool being closed, I feel it was priced higher than other comparable properties in the area with no amenities available to us.

The condo was clean and in a great location for restaurants and shops nearby. We were able to to listen to live music nightly from the balcony. The condo had multiple things for the beach available to use as well. The only downfall from our stay was the pool was closed all week due to a leak.

The unit was fairly nice. My low rating has to do with the fact that I rented this unit in NOVEMBER, and despite the unit owner being notified in MARCH that the pool would be closed during the month of May for renovations, her Vrbo post was never updated and I was NEVER informed until about 2 weeks prior to our stay when she 'reminded' me of the pool closure. I inquired about a partial refund. I researched local hotels (not really any in the immediate area) where you could buy pool passes on a daily basis, but the paltry amount refunded did not even cover the cost of pool passes for ONE of us. She REFUSED to even have an adult conversation about the issue, instead playing the 'because I'm your Mom and I said so' card. She kept telling me she would offer a full refund, but 2 weeks out, it was impossible to find anything comparable in price and location. We love this building and location, and we'll be back . . . just not to this unit.

We had a great stay. The property is perfect with its pool and beach access. We loved the convenient location to everything as well!

I spent a week here with my husband and 2 teenagers. We had plenty of room. The condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were extras like beach chairs, beach toys, fishing spikes and coolers. It’s conveniently located across from John’s Pass so we didn’t have to go far for dinner or shopping. Beach was wonderful. My husband and son fished many mornings.
