Great location, super clean. Still recovering from the storm so exterior wasn’t the best but interior and location are to die for. Just wish the pool would’ve been repaired. But planning on staying next girls trip as well.

Nice location roughly 3 blocks from the Pass. Across the street from the beach as well. The hurricanes damaged the bottom floor condos so we were the only ones in the building. Very cozy condo. Host was very accomodating. Would recommend the sunset tour from Treasure Island on a schooner. I would recommend Lisa's cafe for brunch. The condo was as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent, helpful, and prompt. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. The shower is small and toilet area tight—but both are doable. The community pool was really nice after a busy day of sightseeing. The convenience and walkability to the beach, multiple restaurants and John’s Pass make this place exceptional.

The place is a terrific location & price. We liked it.2 things though...The lights on the stairs outside need improvement Needs more lights, very dark to see where youre going at night. A mirror would be nice in living room or bedroom as well. We shared bathroom mirror with 3 women. Getting ready took a while. The coffee,water and snacks were great! Balcony sitting area was so nice. And a short walk to everything.

This was a great location across from the beach and very clean! I would caution you that the shower is TINY and there is only about 8 inches between the front of the toilet to a wall. I completely understand this area is still recovering from hurricane damage, but there was no laundry facility or pool which should be noted in the listing. Other than that, a good place for a short stay.

Fantastic! The area is still scared from the hurricane last year and the devastation is speechless. This place showed signs of damage on the outside first floor area but the second floor (where this condo was location) was breath taking upon entering the front door. The location could not be any better with a beautiful beach a stones throw away and many quality restaurants. Plus John’s pass is a 5min walk. My wife and I had a beautiful time.

Madeira Beach had been hit with multiple hurricanes last fall and suffered catastrophic damage to a lot of the city. This property suffered pretty badly but this particular unit is a second floor unit and was completely spared. Although it’s small, it is beautiful and very well appointed. The AC is stellar and the short walk to the beach was wonderfully convenient. Also, the short walk to John's Pass meant we didn’t have to pay for parking at the popular tourist destination. Although we only stayed for two nights, that short time was all we needed to know we’ll use this place again.

Perfect accommodations for 2 people! Clean upon arrival. Mom and I had a wonderful mother/daughter special birthday week together. Excellent location- within walking distance to John’s Pass and across the street from the beach. Would stay at this location again!

This was a wonderful spot for a small family. Location was perfect, and the deck offered a beautiful view of gorgeous sunsets. The host provided a basket of treats and a bottle of wine, family games and puzzles were available, and the condo was very clean! I’ve already recommended this location to a friend, and we would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love this condo. And we love the location and view. The condo is very clean and had everything you will need for the beach. We make this our home away from home vacation spot. I highly recommend this condo.

We thought this place was everything we needed for our couples beach getaway. Steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass which we enjoyed daily. We were also only a short Uber away from st Pete beach, pass-a-grille, treasure island, downtown st Pete and everywhere we wanted to visit. We thought the place was super cute and also very clean, although it was hard not to track sand every time we came in because it was just so close to the beach! We loved every minute of our stay and all the recommendations previous people left us in the book on the counter!

Well starters we got there in AC didn't work and we told the manager that was on the property that it didn't work that he was going to tell the other manager that it didn't work well he didn't tell the other manager that didn't work the other manager called me and told me that he the the manager on the property told him that I had 12 people there I didn't have 12 people that was for extra people there just to cut a cake for my daughter's birthday and they spent most of the time with us on the beach then later that night it was so hot in that room because we didn't have AC as I told the manager on the phone that there was no AC he said he would have somebody come out and fix it nobody came out to fix it so me and my husband slept with the door open all the doors open had bugs land on me because we had to have the doors open because it was so hot in that room the next day it was even hotter because the sun was out more so we left the day early they did not refund me a day that I left early because the AC was broke and they weren't going to send out anybody to fix the AC until Monday the day that I leave so we left at 3:15 or 3:45 on Sunday and I still have not received a refund on my stay that wasn't even worth staying because we didn't have accommodations that we were promised so yeah very disappointed

My best friend and i stayed here for a few days. The unit was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the pull couch didnt have a sheet and there is no room between the wall and the toilet. Im only 5'3" and had to sit a little sideways. Otherwise a nice little place.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—super close to the beach and to Jon`s Pass boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants.

This was a very clean condo, within walking distance to many things, close to the airport. They left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks which we loved! The only thing I’d say about this condo, the shower is small and the bathroom is configured so if you are a larger person, you may have trouble fitting.

Nice location roughly 3 blocks from the Pass. Across the street from the beach as well. The hurricanes damaged the bottom floor condos so we were the only ones in the building. Very cozy condo. Host was very accomodating. Would recommend the sunset tour from Treasure Island on a schooner. I would recommend Lisa's cafe for brunch. This was a wonderful spot for a small family. Location was perfect, and the deck offered a beautiful view of gorgeous sunsets. The host provided a basket of treats and a bottle of wine, family games and puzzles were available, and the condo was very clean! I’ve already recommended this location to a friend, and we would definitely stay again!

The condo was as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent, helpful, and prompt. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. The shower is small and toilet area tight—but both are doable. The community pool was really nice after a busy day of sightseeing. The convenience and walkability to the beach, multiple restaurants and John’s Pass make this place exceptional.

It was perfect for our 2 day stay! The hospitality and welcome gift basket was so inviting! Beach is right across the street. Very clean! And all the things you may need. Cooler, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Beach towels were included too. Our girls said the sleeper sofa was the most comfortable one they’ve ever slept on. The bedroom mattress was super comfy, new and clean. Rates were reasonable for the location and short stay!

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to get coffee or snack, shopping at John’s Pass. We had some bed issues which were resolved with the owner quickly. He responded to any concerns quickly! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Absolutely loved it. Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to Johns Pass for food and shopping. Area is still recovering from hurricane, but didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—super close to the beach and to Jon`s Pass boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants.

Fantastic! The area is still scared from the hurricane last year and the devastation is speechless. This place showed signs of damage on the outside first floor area but the second floor (where this condo was location) was breath taking upon entering the front door. The location could not be any better with a beautiful beach a stones throw away and many quality restaurants. Plus John’s pass is a 5min walk. My wife and I had a beautiful time.

This property suffered pretty badly but this particular unit is a second floor unit and was completely spared. Although it’s small, it is beautiful and very well appointed. The AC is stellar and the short walk to the beach was wonderfully convenient. Also, the short walk to John's Pass meant we didn’t have to pay for parking at the popular tourist destination. Although we only stayed for two nights, that short time was all we needed to know we’ll use this place again.

We thought this place was everything we needed for our couples beach getaway. Steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass which we enjoyed daily. We were also only a short Uber away from st Pete beach, pass-a-grille, treasure island, downtown st Pete and everywhere we wanted to visit. We thought the place was super cute and also very clean, although it was hard not to track sand every time we came in because it was just so close to the beach! Parking was an issue at first. Parking is limited. Beach view was perfect. AC was top notch. Weather stripping under front door needs replaced. Toilet situation was weird knees wedged into wall. Too funny ended up side saddle on toilet.

Perfect location, right across from the beach access. A quick walk across the street and you’re on the beach. John’s Pass is just a quick walk down the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The host was quick to respond to my questions and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
