Hermoso hotel, servicio excelente, con vista al mar, comida deliciosa, muy difícil de accesar al hotel ya que no hay calles pavimentados, todo es terracería!

El hotel está muy bonito, no cabe duda. La habitación muy linda también. El servicio de Lina y de Tomas, impecable. El desayuno muy rico también. Sin embargo... 1 - Las cortinas, la alfombra y los ventanales estaban sucios desde que llegué. 2 - El día que se hizo la limpieza de la habitación el personal permitió entrar a muchísimos insectos. Al pedir apoyo solo me dieron un insecticida y no hubo una disculpa de por medio ni un interés en ayudar a solucionarlo. 3 - El aire acondicionado de la habitación se percibe viejo y mal aprovechado, tal qué la habitación nunca termina de refrescarse. 4 - La atención del front desk dejó mucho a desear. 5 - La cena, si bien rica, no es nada espectacular para lo que cuesta. El ticket es similar al de lugares muy top de la ciudad de Oaxaca (Criollo, Casa Oaxaca, Danzantes) pero la comida no es ni la mitad de buena. Detalles menores, quizá, pero en mi opinión imperdonables para un hotel con mención Michelin, lastima porque el hotel tiene muchas cosas muy buenas.

From the moment we checked in, we knew this place was something special. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We left absolutely amazed not only by the stunning design of the hotel, but by the consistency of the service, food, and attention to every detail. Every part of our stay reflected thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality, creating such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who went above and beyond in every way. A special thank you to Victor, who graciously accompanied us to the beach late at night to make sure we felt safe. That level of care is something we’ll never forget. This wasn’t just a beautiful hotel it was an experience. We left feeling completely at peace, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable

El hotel excelente! Y solo no había cerveza 00 ni nada 00 pero me ayudaron a conseguirlo. La comida deliciosa y todo el servicio muy bueno. Solo el desayuno podría mejorar. Volvería otra vez!
