The Property was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. When you walked in the hotel door it amelled amazing and was very clean. The pool and barbecue area was accessible for a wheelchair. Our room, even though we did not get a wheelchair accessible room. Was still very accessible. The only downfall to the property is that they do not offer a 2 bedroom to bath suite.

Super friendly staff!! checkout is noon...yay! pool open till 10 pm and they have a nice BBQ area to cook your own meals. Huge fast elevators, so very accessible for those in need. very cool seating environment, colorful and fun chairs in the lobby. fire pit in the front to enjoy ....bring a lighter and ask the front desk they will light it for you, Uber in a meal and relax 😌 -Cons pillows are verrrry soft, I saw many people bringing there own, no forks, no safe in your room, limited parking. also a positive but could be a con if your allergic to pets. It was clean but not Spotless....didn't bother me, but some super picky might dock it a point. Overall we loved our stay!!! will definitely stay again when we visit castaway cove!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. The whole place is great and staff is friendly! Breakfast is really good. Pool is nice. Rooms are wonderful and clean. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The attention to detail was marvelous - from the welcoming message on the TV screen to big drawers in the bathroom (avoiding a cluttered counter w/ 3 females in the room!). The room was very clean, well-organized, and the kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and a spotless refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The fitness room was well-equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet was much larger and tastier than any other chain hotel. All of the staff were cheerful and helpful. We love this place!

Our stay was short, only 1 night, but it was great! Room was huge and super clean! Very updated. Its only 2 years old! Breakfast area was huge as well and very good! Staff were super friendly as well. Will definitely stay again!

The 4 stars instead of 5 is because the breakfast, which was included in the price, was not very good. Several options of eggs, cereal, waffles, etc but nobody in the family thought it tasted great.

It was great! Very clean. Breakfast was good Front desk lady was great! They even called before we came to see if we needed anything. Only complaint is that we requested extra blanket on the phone and they did not put in our room. We had to go back down and get it. And the walls are thin so when neighbors tv is loud our bed was by wall and hard to sleep even over our noise machine! But overall I would still stay again!! Walked to the lake area and ran and kids skated around the lake. So another bonus Definitely recommend!

Breakfast was nice selection just avoid the sandwiches because they were hard as a rock. Parking for this hotel was limited and had to park at sister hotel nextdoor because no available spaces.

Our overall stay was good, but the check-in experience was frustrating. Despite arriving at the designated check-in time, our room wasn't ready for nearly two hours. We spoke to the front desk twice and were only told, “It’s not ready,” with no updates or apologies. Fortunately, the manager noticed us waiting in the lobby with our luggage and stepped in—he was amazing and quickly took care of us. Once in our room, things improved. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, though the beds could really use more pillows. Breakfast was fantastic—great variety and quality. This hotel could easily rank excellent if not for the disorganized and poorly managed check-in process. I even spoke with another guest who waited over three hours to get a room despite having a reservation—completely unacceptable. Fixing that would make all the difference.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Hotel was extremely clean and they also had a fantastic breakfast selection. Definitely will stay here if we are passing through Wichita Falls again.

Home2 is always amazing. We stay in them almost everytime we travel to any state that has one. Never any issues. Bed is the most comfortable. Shower was nice. Breakfast A+.
