La piscine est top avec vue sur mer. Pour rejoindre Thira, il faut compter 7 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus qui passe régulièrement. Nous recommandons +++++

The room was gorgeous, although we did have some issues with a slow show drain. The staff were the absolute best, and took great care of us, from make coffee in the morning to helping us arrange a rental car. The pool and view were fantastic, and very loved being in Vourvoulos, which was much quieter and more peaceful than Fira or Oia. We hope to return here again soon!

Lieu fantastique, moderne et fastueux, au calme, avec vue sur la mer. Petit parking pour votre auto, grande piscine design juste parfaite, grands appartements avec kitchenette, frigo, plaque cuisson, grands lits, douches à l’italienne… Très bien insonorisé, on n’entend jamais ses voisins (ce que je ne supporte plus dans les hôtels classiques). L’impression d’être chez soi. Top.

Very quite and beautiful spot. Theodora, the manager, was very helpful and personable. It’s a good idea to have a car in order to get to different parts of Santorini. Our room was always clean and the property was nice. The infinity pool was very relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

1000000000/10 oh my god - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Theodora is the best! From booking the hotel until we checked out - she’s been so lovely! And she upgraded our room to a really nice suite with a hot tub. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay in Santorini Villas again!!! You will have the nicest view of the sunrise as well! They have private parking for guests and place was really quiet and peaceful.

Juste incroyable. Rien a redire, tout était absolument parfait. Theodora et son personnel sont incroyablement gentils et attentionnés en plus d'être professionnels. Si nous devons retourner a Santorin nous choisirons de nouveau cet hôtel sans aucunes hésitation. La piscine est formidable avec plusieurs transats différents de disponibles, les cocktails sont excellents. Merci Theodora pour ces vacances inoubliables, en espérant te revoir un jour ! I can't rave enough about this resort! The room and grounds were spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. Her recommendations for restaurants and tours were spot-on, making our trip even better.

Our stay at Santorini Villas was incredible, the place is very well kept, the rooms are beautiful, and the facilities are gorgeous. A little difficult to get to Fira from; so would definitely recommend an ATV or car rental. Our stay truly wouldn’t have been what it was without Theodora. She is an incredible host and human. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous, and very fun to talk to and hang out with. She is an absolute star of a host and she deserves a ton of praise for her efforts. Great views, quietness, great hostess, unexpected upgraded villa. A nearby restaurant or coffee shop would be good. More signage in English would help. Large tub was nice but filling it difficult. Shelves in kitchen are needed. TV needs instructions.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and private. Theodora is incredible and made our stay everything we would have wanted. She made us feel completely at home and helped us with anything we needed - from car rentals and arranging transportation and providing recommendations to making us excellent coffee each morning. We already miss Santorini (especially Theodora)!

We loved our stay at Santorini Villas and we definitely recommend it to other visitors! It’s in a quiet area (for those who prefer a quiet place), it’s beautiful, clean. Our room overlooked the sea and we watched a beautiful sunrise. The pool was great, not crowded when we came in, very enjoyable. Very friendly staff, Theodora was amazing and very knowledgeable about visiting Santorini. Great place to stay!

We had a very warm welcome. Theodora was wonderful with all the information we needed. Everyday she greeted us and helped with hire car, restaurants, shopping, local beaches. The Villa’s are stunning. We will definitely return. We didn’t want to leave.

The interior design was beautiful and calming, they have amazing staff with super friendly attitude. The pool was an add on to this experience. The only flaw was windowless room as some people may enjoy natural light.

The best stay I’ve had! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially Theodora. She was an exceptional host. The views are stunning and peaceful. The room I stayed in was gorgeous. It’s a perfect place for solo travel which I did. I will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel with good views of the Caldera. 10 minutes away from the hotel and Fira. You will need a car to stay here. Service is great and quiet and away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia but a short driving distance.

Un séjour de rêve. Tout est parfait à santorini villas. De l’accueil (personnalisé par Theodora) jusqu’au départ chaque instant passé à santorini villas a été merveilleux. À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré Theodora qui est charmante, pleine d’énergie, de bienveillance, de conseil et toujours disponible. Les nuits étaient calmes et reposantes (pas un bruit dans le logement), le matin merveilleux avec lève du soleil en face de la terrasse, la matinée était consacrée aux visites, l’après midi repos au bord de la merveilleuse piscine sous fond de musique douce et relaxante, le soir une sortie restaurant ou juste rester un peu comme seul au monde sur notre terrasse privative face à la mer. Vraiment tout était parfait pour notre semaine. Encore merci a Theodora pour tous ces conseils et adresses (restaurants, catamaran…). Si vous souhaitez profiter vraiment de Santorin, voici une adresse qui participera au succès de votre séjour.

A little difficult to get to Fira from; so would definitely recommend an ATV or car rental. Our stay truly wouldn’t have been what it was without Theodora. She is an incredible host and human. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous, and very fun to talk to and hang out with. She is an absolute star of a host and she deserves a ton of praise for her efforts. We had a very warm welcome. Theodora was wonderful with all the information we needed. Everyday she greeted us and helped with hire car, restaurants, shopping, local beaches. The Villa’s are stunning. We will definitely return. We didn’t want to leave.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and private. Theodora is incredible and made our stay everything we would have wanted. She made us feel completely at home and helped us with anything we needed - from car rentals and arranging transportation and providing recommendations to making us excellent coffee each morning. Very quite and beautiful spot. Theodora, the manager, was very helpful and personable. It’s a good idea to have a car in order to get to different parts of Santorini. Our room was always clean and the property was nice. The infinity pool was very relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

1000000000/10 oh my god - one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to! Theodora is the best! From booking the hotel until we checked out - she’s been so lovely! And she upgraded our room to a really nice suite with a hot tub. Can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay in Santorini Villas again!!! You will have the nicest view of the sunrise as well! They have private parking for guests and place was really quiet and peaceful.

Juste incroyable. Rien a redire, tout était absolument parfait. Theodora et son personnel sont incroyablement gentils et attentionnés en plus d'être professionnels. Si nous devons retourner a Santorin nous choisirons de nouveau cet hôtel sans aucunes hésitation. We loved our stay at Santorini Villas and we definitely recommend it to other visitors! It’s in a quiet area (for those who prefer a quiet place), it’s beautiful, clean. Our room overlooked the sea and we watched a beautiful sunrise. The pool was great, not crowded when we came in, very enjoyable. Very friendly staff, Theodora was amazing and very knowledgeable about visiting Santorini. Great place to stay!

The room was gorgeous, although we did have some issues with a slow show drain. The staff were the absolute best, and took great care of us, from make coffee in the morning to helping us arrange a rental car. The pool and view were fantastic, and very loved being in Vourvoulos, which was much quieter and more peaceful than Fira or Oia. We hope to return here again soon!

Friendly staff, nice views, room and swimming pool. However the location is about a 20 minute walk to the bus stop, which is on a very busy main road - not ideal. The villa itself is lovely. There are limited options for restaurants and shops in the nearby village, which is a 10 minute walk away.

Nice hotel with good views of the Caldera. 10 minutes away from the hotel and Fira. You will need a car to stay here. Service is great and quiet and away from the busy towns of Fira and Oia but a short driving distance.

Un séjour de rêve. Tout est parfait à santorini villas. De l’accueil (personnalisé par Theodora) jusqu’au départ chaque instant passé à santorini villas a été merveilleux. À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré Theodora qui est charmante, pleine d’énergie, de bienveillance, de conseil et toujours disponible. Les nuits étaient calmes et reposantes (pas un bruit dans le logement), le matin merveilleux avec lève du soleil en face de la terrasse, la matinée était consacrée aux visites, l’après midi repos au bord de la merveilleuse piscine sous fond de musique douce et relaxante, le soir une sortie restaurant ou juste rester un peu comme seul au monde sur notre terrasse privative face à la mer. Vraiment tout était parfait pour notre semaine. Encore merci a Theodora pour tous ces conseils et adresses (restaurants, catamaran…). Si vous souhaitez profiter vraiment de Santorin, voici une adresse qui participera au succès de votre séjour.

I had such an amazing time here. The people were so welcoming. They remembered our coffee orders and made it for us every day. They gave us fresh fruit without asking. They helped set us up with rental transportation that was delivered to the villa. AND it was so so peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. 10/10 would stay again.

I can't rave enough about this resort! The room and grounds were spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. Her recommendations for restaurants and tours were spot-on, making our trip even better.

Extremely helpful and obliging site manager Theodora. Cleaning and laundry provision excellent. Pool a delight. Close to everything you need to see and airport although nothing is very far away on Santorini! Santorini villas was a perfect place to stay in Santorini, the room was perfect near all the famous places with a wonderful swimming pool with sea view. Theodora is a very kind and lovely person who helped us a lot with all the stuff. We really suggest to come here :)
