Tout était très bien Personnel très à l’écoute, prévenant Hôtel en pleine médina très pratique pour la visite de la médina Quand on arrive on est dans la médina quand les portes du palais s’ouvrent on rentre dans un cadre magnifique En plus l’hôtel nous a mis en contact avec un guide (Rachid) parlant parfaitement le Français, connaît parfaitement la médina et lui aussi à notre écoute

建物も美しく、部屋も清潔で、朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方もとても親身になってくれてサポートいただきとても快適なステイになりました。

This is one of the highlights of our two-week trip to Morocco, and overall one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was truly incredible, even by Moroccan standards (the Moroccan hospitality is unparalleled and we became accustomed to incredible welcoming service and attentive service throughout, but the Palais Amani team were on another level.) Nothing was out of the question if we asked, and they knew who we were from the very first day and always checked in to see how we were doing. We enjoyed 4 days here and would have loved even more time, from doing a spa package (pampering paradise for two), to lunch in the courtyard or on the roof, to evening drinks before dinner, to just sitting enjoying views over Fes from the rooftop. A truly beautiful hotel and memorable stay, we would (and already have!) recommend it to anyone going to Morocco in the future.

Book the premier suite and get the private rooftop terrace. Incredible!

Palais Amani, è una casa accogliente dove non vedi l’ora di tornare. Il personale è sempre molto disponibile attento e gentile. La nostra camera accogliente e silenziosa. La struttura molto bella, soprattutto il suo cortile e l’ampia terrazza dalla quale si può ammirare la Medina o rilassarsi al tramonto. Un pensiero in particolare per l’uomo del the che ci ha deliziato con il miglior the di Fes.
