The hotel is very nice and in a great location. I was very disappointed in a few things. 1. The indoor pool was freezing and so cloudy that you could not see the bottom of it. That was the main selling point of this hotel. I was looking for a nice indoor pool for my kids to swim in. It also smelled like straight bleach in the pool. 2. The beds were very stiff and not very comfortable, which was surprising for how nice the place is. 3. The breakfast was not very good. I was very excited about the breakfast because it looked really good online. At 9 o'clock, there was no food left. We waited a little longer, but nothing was filled back up, so we had to leave with hungry kids. 4. My wife is allergic to nuts, and one of the breakfast pastries had walnuts in it but was not labeled with what was in it. This caused her to have some issues all day because she took a bite of it and spit it out. Things should be labeled with how common nut allergies are.

Nice hotel it was convenient for what we were there for. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A few concerns that I have we had heard about people breaking into people cars in the parking deck and when we was leaving out from our stay somebody’s windows had been broken out. If you’re asking people to pay 37.00 a night in your parking deck your car should be safe! The tv in my room couldn’t see any channels was a dark screen. Other than those 2 concerns everything else was fine.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Check in was supposed to be at 3, we got there shortly before 3 expecting a bit of a wait… don’t get to go to our room until 5. The next morning when we check out I see that my car was broken into after seeing I was going to be charged almost $40 per car per night for parking. I went up to inform the front desk of the break in while waiting for the police only to be told by the receptionist that yeah management is aware of the issues and it happens a lot. Did you want tape to tape up your window? The look of shock must have been apparent as it was quickly followed by I can escalate it to the manager and have them call you tomorrow when they’re in. Still never got a call from them. If this is a known issue you’re having, it needs to be addressed, and guests should be informed. I had broken glass all over my kids car seats and the lack of care/concern that the leadership team has shown is shocking.

My family of four stayed here for spring break for 6 days. The area felt very safe, convenient walkable location to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bowling, movies, coffee shops etc. the room was very spacious, almost like its own bedroom and living area. Microwave and fridge were a perk for an extended stay. The staff were very nice, the two breakfast buffet host employees, one was Mary and I’m not sure the other name but they went above and beyond. The lady at the omelet station was very inviting and personable. James at the front desk was super helpful. My only complaint is the hotel charged $100 a night security deposit. This seemed absolutely crazy! I’ve paid one at every other hotel but never that much or per night. Usually it’s a one time fee. Also the pool was freezing. Clean area and nice but my five year old daughter wouldn’t even stay in because it was so cold.

The facilities looked great, but service not so much. TV didn’t work—they promptly came, but didn’t fix it, said they were going to come back later, but didn’t. Called several times, still not fixed. No compensation offered. Elevators were supposed to require a card to get into, but didn’t, nor did parking garage. First day of breakfast—coffee grounds filled half of my cup of coffee, next day, breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, we came at 6:50—omlette station was not ready, no coffee ready…what is a hotel if you can’t relax and watch TV, and grab a cup of coffee before you leave.

Pros: They offer 2 free cocktails and snacks in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast is included and lots of good options. It's close to things to walk to. The bed was comfortable. Cons: It's $45 per day to park. The pool was down for half our stay and cloudy when open. The heater/ac was loud and you can hear a lot of street noise. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and they couldn't deliver to our room, had to pick up at the front desk.

Upon arrival room was not cleaned, there were stains on the comforter, the couch and dried food stains on the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the body wash dispensers had not been replenished. The hallway smelled of marijuana, and there was no complimentary water for guests. When I went downstairs there was no water either only Diet Coke and no restock of snacks. Overall a very disappointing stay and experience, not what I’m used to by this hotel brand and especially in such a location with high traffic, the service could have been better. There was also no complimentary WiFi or parking for paying guests.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years but this past weekends trip will be my last. The property overall needs to be deep cleaned and updated. The lobby area looks amazing but does not set the standard for how the rooms are kept. The sofas, carpet and tubs are filthy and outdated. There were stains on all these areas including the walls. I was moved twice and opted to stay in my original room because one room had a bug crawling in the bed and the other rooms was worse. Our original room also wouldn’t keep the AC on.

Breakfast items offered were cheap and rubbery. Room was not clean when we arrived, toilet clogged and full of poop. New room had dirty upholstry and tearing wallpaper. Staff was very friendly and attempted to fix issues as best they could. Very good team members, shoddy place. Maybe this was a nice place, 7 years ago. Needs an upgrade badly.

Checked in late. Staff was definitely overwhelmed. Key cards to rooms didn't work so maintenance had to take you up. Asked why even give the card and they couldn't answer. The lady working the am shift on the more of 8/28 was very unfriendly, dismissive, cold, and seemed annoyed to be dealing with guests. However the team that evening and the ladies working the morning of the 29th at the front desk were amazing and almost redeemed the negative of the previous staff interaction. Breakfast was amazing and the facility as a whole was clean and well maintained.

Tv, lamp nor phone worked. The internet service went out and there was no tech on duty at the time. The bathroom sliding door was impossible. I had to brace myself on the wall just to pull the door open and closed and use all my strength. The handle on the bathroom door was broke off, probably from it being so bad off track. The toilet handle was cracked. If not careful it could pinch your fingers. Not worth the $205 1 day stay.

Arrived at 5 and rooms were not available. Many other guests waiting in lobby as well. Finally got room at 5:50. The young lady who checked us in allowed us to each get a free soda/gatorade from the little pantry store since we had to wait. Room was large and comfortable. Modern styling, big tvs but not very many cable channels available. Was fine for our trip, just wish our room was available when we arrived after a 5 hour drive.

Asia who was working check in was excellent, we had issues with the room,the TV was not working in the sitting area, she gave us options to address the issue. She was extremely professional and courteous. However the room 217 had a major issue we could hear what had to be drain pipes, we could hear other rooms next to us and above us water being drained from toilets and showers throughout the night and mornings before we went out for the day. We had a roll in shower and the water would run over toward the toilet and sink areas. The hotel was clean and had no bad odors ,hotel did run out of kleenex, so we didn't have any kleenex in the room. Breakfast was good, the cook for breakfast doing the omelets too order needs a raise she was excellent, didn't get her name, but she worked September 13th and 14th for breakfast. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. Our stay was okay but knowing embassy suites reputation and our previous stays at embassy suites this could have been better.

When we arrived at 330pm we couldn't check until after 4...Got into our room not enough towels and the tv didn't work....called and called no one answered from the front desk....so i went down and asked..tv was fixed never got the towels called again im still waiting....And the sofa it was full of dog hair...i sat down and i was covered...This stay wasn't as pleasant as it usually is.But breakfast was amazing especially the omlet chef !!!! She needs a raise !!!!!!!!

Every time I stay there there’s some type of issue. This time they ran out of room keys with a long line. Had to wait for someone to go get some from another hotel. When they came back, none of those keys were programmed to work at that hotel so we waited for nothing & security had to take us 1 by 1 to our rooms. Never did get a working key. Glad I only stayed 1 night this time

Housekeeping was awful. Shampoo and conditioner was empty, never refilled. Only a two bath towels. By night four they only gave us a total four hand towels and our one dirty bath towel. No wash cloths, bath mat, or additional bath towels. Desk said they were having a problem. Asked to speak to a manager. They said there was no one available, but that they were hiring a new general manager. Asked for four days to get the safe working. Each day they said it "was on the list", but it was never fixed. No ironing board to use with their iron, one was delivered on day 3. They said a manager would contact us, but no one did. Each time we went into the parking deck there seemed to be someone smoking something in a dark corner. Employees perhaps? The room was in need of a good cleaning and touchup repairs. I have stayed at Embassy Suites before, including this one, where the facility was clean and well managed. This has become a location of a lesser quality than deserving the Hilton brand.

While they were overbooked and we had to wait to.see if they even had a room, the manager went above and beyond to accomodate us. Mistakes happen, it is how we deal with them that makes the difference and this lady was top notch! The FREE Breakfast was fantastic, the dining staff even came out to check that everyone's food was delicious and be sure everyone was done before closing. The parking garage and elevators were even clean and well-kept.

Honestly I’ve been to many hotels this was the worst experience I’ve had. I had been up since 2:30 am and flew into Atlanta at 2. I didn’t get the hotel until 6pm. My check in was at 3pm. When I got there at 6 they told me I needed to wait for my room. I waited 30 mins and watched 10 people get checked into their rooms. I went back up to the desk and asked how long it would be they told me they were still waiting for my room and I just needed to be patient with them. They told me that their check in time is at 4 even though their website said 3 and their sign in the wall said 3pm. Either way it was now 6:45pm and my room was still not ready. The customer service was awful I didn’t get check into my room until 7:15. Was late to my dinner plans. It was the worst experience I’ve had

$45 parking per night but it’s in and out privileges. $100 hold per night for security deposit. it’s atlanta so that’s understandable, fine for a short stay. rooms were clean and well designed. loved the full body mirror. you also need your key card to get in and out of the parking garage and also to use the elevator so that’s safe. it’s also right next to atlantic station so you can walk over to publix, forever 21, etc.

The lighting in the room is poorly dim. Its hard to read and see what you need. I requested a higher wattage light bulb and was told by the maintenance person that they would accommodate. Needless to say, did nothing about my request. Other issues I noted is that the breakfast hours are not fully honored, they closed the doors 15-20 mins before the posted times and they ran out of cups for juice and coffee and didn't seem to care about getting more. The omelette station took too long, they needed two people to cook omelettes for the volume of people staying at this hotel. I've been to other Hilton hotels as a member and received better service that this hotel. I was appalled that this service was just ok. This hotel could also us a refresh or remodel, found the carpets to be old and dusty especially in the corners.
