Lovely, clean hotel with great staff. Lots of free parking and great views. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again ourselves. The only thing I would have expected from a similar four star hotel is room service. Would have been a hugely welcome amenity after a long day of travel.

Great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, lovely shower and all looking very new. Great location right by the water and harbour where we saw dolphins! Parking can be tricky when the pier etc is busy but there is a lot available.

The staff are great(although understaffed during our stay which was peak). Unfortunately we had some electrical and air con issues during our stay, which were both resolved. The gym is nice and well equipped. The hotel is new and everything is in great condition and nice comfy bed and linens. The cleanliness of the bathroom, specifically the shower was not great. Mould that hasn't been removed between tiles. Perhaps more time spent doing a deep clean between guests. I didn ‘t like that the shower cap, slippers and sewing kit had to be requested. I realise this is not a 5 star hotel, but just the basics like a note pad and pen would be a nice touch. Especially as this hotel is utilised by corporates for work trips. Food wise we dined in at the on site restaurant for dinner. It was sub par and hit and miss. Meal was overcooked and the veg looked a bit sad. I highly recommend the food at “Due South” which is a 30 second walk from the hotel. That said my husband’s prawn dish was lovely. Overall I would stay again, but more likely in a business capacity rather than leisure. A heated pool especially for the colder months would be a great add on!

It was difficult to telll where reception was from outside, the reception staff did not tell me that I needed to swipe my key card to use the lift (I thought it wasnt working). There was no fridge although the room card refered to it. Also no clock or radio or shower cap provided, one of the walls had numerous dirty marks on it and the room was quite dusty and the windows dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Terrible check in experience. Desk staff didn't greet (or acknowledge my hello) on arrival, had to ask the friendly bar staff to assist.When the desk staff did see we were trying to check in, I was presented with sign up to Hilton rewards form. Room wasn't clean. Hair in bathroom linen and coffee stains on tables. It is a nice hotel, with excellent fittings and offers a good location however a Hilton it is not. Check out and late night staff were excellent in their service and the checkout process quick and well managed. I would try them again to the future, hopefully they will have corrected these issues.

Only one thing I can fault and that is all the pidgeon mess all over the window - I looked up at the windows on the 4th floor from outside and they were all covered in it .Also I could here pidgeons warbling at various times I mentioned it to a couple of your maintenance men and they seem to be saying there was nothing they could do about it. I suggest you find a solution as I am coming for another stay in June next year and certainly do not want a room on the 4th floor!!

Always happy staying at the Hilton although this time I thought I booked an Ocean view to be told it was a partial view when checking in. The view was of the roof of the centre next door and the carpark. You could see the ocean if you strained your neck - apart from this disappointment the stay was of the usual high standards

I had seen the Hilton Albany when it was new last summer and was impressed by the amenity, location and staff so it was a good choice for my recent stay. First impressions were correct. Very comfortable, modern minimalist, attention to detail, very quiet room, with all the provisions for an excellent stay.

Love the location, the staff are great and the amenities also great. Biggest issue we had was the AC in the room was noisy even when turned off. This was an ocean view deluxe so would have expected a bit better from that but otherwise, i would definitely come back.

Great location and amenities, right on the harbour. Very modern and well appointed room. Shower in particular was excellent. Free Wi-Fi worked well. Didn’t try the food as there was an excellent bar restaurant close by.

Our couple days stay here were so enjoyable. The room was exceptional - it was large, extremely comfortable and well-appointed, and the view was amazing. We felt very spoilt! All the staff we met were friendly and professional

Very nice property, shout out to Max who was learning Barista skills and made an amazing latte. Great location walking distance to many areas. Also had dinner in Together & Co and served fresh, tasty food.

The staff were fantastic. Unfortunately they were understaffed. They could go with more staff on to accommodate the high volume of occupancy. Bit disappointing when my breakfast was forgotten. Overall We had a lovely stay.

Booked with breakfast, knowing we wouldn't be there on first morning for breakfast because walking Bluff Knoll. When we checked in we told the Staff this before paying. They told me to speak to management for the first day breakfast refund. We paid. On checkout spoke to desk, no management on shift for 2 more days, Women at desk was very negative about helping sort the issue. And kept telling us what to do in the future, next time. She wasnt management and was having a power trip. I had to ask for an email, so we would sort it out with management. Breakfast is about $30 per person. $60. If management are not in, What is your procedure when dealing with these kind of issues? Piss poor effort for $440 a night. Also sort out your breakfast bar, it's the same at Double Tree in Perth. Where are we suppose to put the lids on the hot food? Get a member of your staff to line up and fill a plate, it's a bit 2 star. Do better you lot.

Great hotel good facilities. The buffet breakfast was not at the standard I was expecting for a Hilton hotel. Most food options had run out and were not replaced even though there was still one hour left for breakfast. When I asked for fruit and vegetables for the juicer I had to wait 20minutes and ask again before it was produced. I asked for more cheese to replace the cheese board and tiny 1cm cubes of cheese were brought out. Service was reluctant.

Staff was amazing, chef was rude, unprofessional, unorganised and the food let the whole experience down. On the Friday we waited over an hour for our food and then got the order wrong. The chef was extremely rude to the wait staff and all was on clear display. Our friends waited longer just to receive burnt fish that was not eatable. The following morning I ordered some fried eggs and the chef said in a rude manner sit down and I’ll tell you when it’s done. He lacked enthusiasm and moved in a lazy manner which clear showed in his lack of being able to produce food at an eatable standard matching the cost. The kitchen hand was very friendly and polite. This was a shame as this could have been a great Easter break for us. BTW your coffee machine and toaster could do with a service. But I must state the wait staff were amazing and very apologetic. They were hard working and polite. On the Friday most people waiting for the food all had the same to say about the rude chef. Dinner and a show. Your hotel has potential if you had a chef who knew how to prioritise, and behave in a better manner but definitely knew how to cook.

We had a glimpse of the ocean in our Oceanview room. Our room was serviced efficiently everyday. The breakfast hot food was often cold; as there doesn't seem to be hot surfaces for the chef. The location was great. No extra Toiletries...you must ask for them.

All good but could be easily amazing. No toilet bowl brush: unforgivable. Your overall breakfast experience is not the standard I expect from Hilton. Some cheap motels do better. I wouldn’t give your croissants to a dog. Coffee is average and overall breakfast food is of average quality. Some… front of house staff in tank top and everyday trainers is NOT professional. Until I know for sure all this has changed for the better, I will not come back and stay in this hotel and will recommend to my network of fellow travellers to avoid. This said, your a la carte dinner food is of a much higher standard than your actual hotel grade. It’s very very good. So you have a serious problem with your overall standards : in food quality, in staff uniforms an some minor facilities items. When I think HILTON, I sadly think INCONSISTENCY.

This place is nice, it’s brand new and has nice views over the water. The staff were very accommodating. The only downside for me was that the room service has to be collected from the bar and comes in cardboard boxes. The food was great ok so I’m not being negative, but if it were my hotel I just might reconsider this approach. Otherwise very good
