We met friends from college at this cute cabin located steps away from the beach and family friendly park. The area is very easy to navigate with several shopping centers and restaurants. You could tell the host is very thoughtful with welcome book and stocked toiletries and condiments.

Overall, this place was as advertised. I stayed with my husband, 14 month old child, my sister, and my parents. Check in was smooth, and communication was fast and easy when we needed to locate towels. We chose to stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel because we needed access to a kitchen for baby bottles and cooking in general. The kitchen was mostly well-appointed, but we had to borrow baking sheets from other family. Other guests left behind a ton of food in the pantry, most of it expired, which we had to throw away to make room for the new food we purchased for ourselves. We appreciated the coffee makers and ziploc bags! While the home suited our purposes, we did have an ant problem which worsened over time. We had to put all food away in sealed containers immediately after eating, and any crumbs that fell on the floor immediately attracted the ants. No leaving fruit out on the kitchen table. We actually found active ant beds in the crack between the kitchen and the laundry room. If we had a longer stay, we would have contacted the property manager about it, but since have a toddler, active ant baits would not have been safe during our stay. We suggest putting down ant baits in between guests and ensuring there are no beds inside the home. The upstairs room has no curtains to block any light on the windows, which made it harder for our baby to nap. The upstairs room also has a plastic cover on the bed, which I can understand in a rental, but it made for sweaty nights.
