Te cabin, deck, hot tube were very clean. Tanya was easy to work with. The cabin is stocked with everything you need including soap and shampoo in bathrooms. Lots of things to do in the cabin on a rainy day. Absolutely beautiful cabin. This was my 2nd stay and I will definitely come back!

Welcoming, responsive and kind hosts. Tasteful decor, clean home, lots to enjoy on the property. We made full use of grill, jacuzzi and play room in the basement. Comfortable mattresses to sleep on. Best Hocking Hills rental we’ve stayed at. We were three families with toddlers, kids and teens.

Wonderful stay for our annual friends thanksmas! It was a beautiful snowy weekend and we had an amazing time hiking around the property, cooking, playing all of the games, and utilizing the hot tub! Such a cozy place! All of us agreed we would definitely come back to this place!

Wonderful property that was very clean. Lot's of extras such as Tupperware for food storage and a griddle. Wine cooler was a bonus. The wrap around porch was great when it rained as we (adults and kids) could still be out doors on the deck. Plenty of space on the deck for coolers and lots of seating as well. Very well lit. The hiking trails on site we re a bonus!

Beautiful house!The kids loved the game room, hot tub fire pit and so did we.Tanya was so accommodating. This was our first time to the area and we enjoyed every minute.Really can’t say enough about our stay, it was exceptional!

Plenty of space for 8 adults and a 2 yr old. Deer were seen while sitting outside on the balconies. The kitchen was truly stocked. We cooked both inside and the grill. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. It was very clean and the AC worked perfectly. Just know that as stated your cell reception is spotty. Streaming did not always cooperate- buffing and just loosing signal all together. You have to drive but within 20 minute drives to old Man’s Cave, Logan Lake, shopping and dining out.

I don't know that I've ever been this impressed by a property before. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, clean, well-appointed, and seemingly brand-new sitting atop a hill surrounded by rocky woodland. The wraparound mostly covered deck, hot tub, and downstairs game room (shuffleboard, foosball, poker, and huge TV) were huge hits with our group. Everyone had such a great time, we're already planning another Hocking Hills trip for when it's a bit warmer, and we'll 100% be staying here again! Pro tip: Maximize your cabin time by hopping on Doordash and getting Cristy's Pizza delivered.

Eight women who have been friends since grade/high school rented Hidden Meadows for our 28th annual Girls Weekend. We enjoyed the views from the porch and the games. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies, utensils, pots, pans, etc. We hiked Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, had a good lunch at Cedar Falls Inn, then walked Ash Cave. Thoroughly enjoyed all the rental amenities including the hot tub Next day we again enjoyed the peaceful setting, stopped at Hocking Hills Antique Mall, then went to Revelation Winery for some samples and music. Place is beautiful, peaceful and solidly made. It very comfortably accommodates 8 people. It is so well thought out and includes many quality details. Tanya was quickly available when needed. Thanks for a great rental experience.

We had a wonderful visit! The first night we had warm weather so the kids played football in the yard, we grilled out and had smores by the fire pit. The second day we went for a nice long hike followed by games in the lower level, soak in the hot tub, puzzle and cooked a big dinner in the fabulous kitchen ( it had everything you could need and nice appliances). We had cold weather the third night and got to use the indoor fireplace and it was a nice and cozy treat after putt n putting in the windy and cold conditions. The owner was so nice and quick to respond as well. I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay. Can't wait to come back for another visit and Thankful for our time spent at this primo property!

This property absolutely exceeded expectations. The host checked in with us before we even arrived to make sure everything was in order. This was, by far, the most well provisioned rental I have ever had. If every property we have stayed at was like this, I would never hotel again. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, toiletries, plates, bowls, etc. I couldn't believe my eyes that I had a full grill set, pot holders, and every pot I could imagine to cook with. Also soap in every bathroom! What a dream! For the money you pay for rentals and post-Covid, hand soap should just be a staple in a rental home. At this house, it was...in every bathroom. Amazing. They literally have thought of everything. And when the ice maker wasn't pulling its weight, we offered to buy some ice trays so we could put ice in our water bottles. Nope, the host overnighted us trays! No one has ever been that responsive to such a simple request before. Thank you for such an amazing stay and for making sure your guests are so comfortable. It was just like staying at home, but with more beautiful views and no housework staring you in the face.

Overall a great stay. The home is very clean and very well stocked. The beds have a lot to be desired, but that wasn't a deal breaker by any means. We had an issue when we first got there, but it was handled promptly by the owner. We would defintely stay here again and can't wait to come back!

It's a great property. It's in good condition, private and spacious. The layout was perfect for our family trip which included three family units with four small children. The wrap-around deck provided a lot of nice outdoor space for eating and/or just enjoying the setting. They also had plenty of games and things for the kids to get into.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin! The living room space is ample, providing a great environment for everyone to enjoy together. The beds were comfortable, and the entire house was impeccably clean. We appreciated the fact that we were not expected to do a ton of cleaning before checking out as guests.

House is perfect for a group. Common spaces are well designed. Kitchen appliances are higher end and great for putting together meals. House is very private but also located close enough to hocking hills and Logan for daily outings. Perfectly clean when we arrived!

This is a great place. The location is great, right in the midle of the forest, the views are great and access to the trails are very close. The cabine/house is excellent. The spaces are very well design to feel comfortable. It seems to be a brand new construction. The house not only has everything a house needs, but everything seems to be of a very good quality. Whoever was in charge of furnishing and decorating it did not spear any expenses, she/he got high end quality and had great tast. As for entertainment, the cabine has more than planty for several days, we were there 4 days, and we never run out of something to do inside. They have several options, and once again, everything of great quality.Finally, the place was spotless, every singe area and stuff was very clean.I highly recomend it.

Chieftain Meadows exceeded my expectations! Everything about the property was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean, there were amble impressive extras like shuffleboard and other games, there was great outdoor space including lawns and a fire pit, and the communication was stellar. Our group had such an amazing time. Chieftain Meadows was an ideal home base as we explored the nearby trails. Our stay was wonderful. We booked this weekend for my mom’s 70th birthday to gather and celebrate! This house was a fantastic place for us to come together and celebrate this milestone birthday! The amount of rooms, bathrooms, and space inside and outside was wonderful for adults, kids and our pup! We had wonderful communication with the property manager and I would recommend this home!!

The accommodations were as represented, clean, well supplied, comfortable, and just right for our 3 generation family of nine. Even the kitchen knives were sharp - a first in our extensive VRBO experience. We had a fantastic time and heartily recommend Hidden Meadows.

We were all impressed with how clean the house was.Being able to buy wood right there was very convenient. At one point, we thought the ice maker might not be working - turns out we just used a lot of ice with our hiking on hot days and the ice maker had a hard time keeping up. I had messaged to ask if there was a trick to the ice maker - in less than an hour we had ice cube trays and a 20 pound bag of ice delivered to the house by Tanya - Amazing service! would 100% stay in one of her properties again.

This property absolutely exceeded expectations. The host checked in with us before we even arrived to make sure everything was in order. This was, by far, the most well provisioned rental I have ever had. If every property we have stayed at was like this, I would never hotel again. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, toiletries, plates, bowls, etc. I couldn't believe my eyes that I had a full grill set, pot holders, and every pot I could imagine to cook with. Also soap in every bathroom! What a dream! For the money you pay for rentals and post-Covid, hand soap should just be a staple in a rental home. At this house, it was...in every bathroom. Amazing. They literally have thought of everything. And when the ice maker wasn't pulling its weight, we offered to buy some ice trays so we could put ice in our water bottles. Nope, the host overnighted us trays! No one has ever been that responsive to such a simple request before. Thank you for such an amazing stay and for making sure your guests are so comfortable. It was just like staying at home, but with more beautiful views and no housework staring you in the face.

Staying at this house was fabulous. Its a gorgeous home situated on a large property with ample space for kids to explore and enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately it is further from the Hocking Hills trails than we had expected. Almost every main hike is 25-30 min away.

The pictures of this house are nice online, but it is even nicer than the pictures indicate. Just a beautiful, well-done home, that was very clean, and in a very convenient location to a lot of great hiking spots. Highly recommend.

The owners of the property were amazing and communicated very well. The house was also very clean. The location was very secluded and private which we liked so much. It was also not very far from many of the great hiking trails that are offered in Hocking Hills. We would stay here again for sure.

Plenty of space for 8 adults and a 2 yr old. Deer were seen while sitting outside on the balconies. The kitchen was truly stocked. We cooked both inside and the grill. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. It was very clean and the AC worked perfectly. Just know that as stated your cell reception is spotty. Streaming did not always cooperate- buffing and just loosing signal all together. You have to drive but within 20 minute drives to old Man’s Cave, Logan Lake, shopping and dining out.

Super quiet property with majestic views, this cabin was large enough for our 10 people. The game room was a hit with every age while the deck and hot tub gave refuge from the children. We liked that we were within 20 minutes from at least 4 amazing caverns!

We had an amazing stay at Chieftain Meadows. It was the perfect place to explore Hocking Hills State Park & to meet the newest addition to our family. No detail was spared in making sure all guests were comfortable. House is perfect for a group. Common spaces are well designed. Kitchen appliances are higher end and great for putting together meals. House is very private but also located close enough to hocking hills and Logan for daily outings. Perfectly clean when we arrived!

We really enjoyed this family trip to Hocking Hills. The home was amazing with great decor, fully stocked kitchen, and a lovely, wraparound porch. The host Tanya was very responsive, and the check-in went smoothly. We would definitely return again.

Wonderful property that was very clean. Lot's of extras such as Tupperware for food storage and a griddle. Wine cooler was a bonus. The wrap around porch was great when it rained as we (adults and kids) could still be out doors on the deck. Plenty of space on the deck for coolers and lots of seating as well. Very well lit. The hiking trails on site we re a bonus!

We had never been to Hocking Hills and after much research, we found this property. There were three couples and we all truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was great for us as we cooked meals the entire weekend. The family room and game rooms were fabulous. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful visit! The first night we had warm weather so the kids played football in the yard, we grilled out and had smores by the fire pit. The second day we went for a nice long hike followed by games in the lower level, soak in the hot tub, puzzle and cooked a big dinner in the fabulous kitchen ( it had everything you could need and nice appliances). We had cold weather the third night and got to use the indoor fireplace and it was a nice and cozy treat after putt n putting in the windy and cold conditions. The owner was so nice and quick to respond as well. I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay. Can't wait to come back for another visit and Thankful for our time spent at this primo property!
