Cute place. But an alarm kept going off in the hall. The windows are right across from the rubbish bins and the place where people smoke.

Cost and compact apartment close to the centre of York. Parking is a bit of a walk away which was the downside! Overall a nice stay

Apartment was nice and bang in the mixer so great for bars, sightseeing, shopping etc. Small bedroom but adequate for my needs, decent kitchen and equipment, parking was a 10-15 min stroll but nice through the town, communication was good and very helpful, would recommend this place to anyone

Property listing is misleading and inaccurate. Worst EVER hotel experience - do not book! Property was uninhabitable. No effort made by host to sort problems (soaking wet bed, property unclean, filthy everywhere). Parking which was supposed to be on site was actually a 15 min walk away. Offered alternative subject to us allowing someone into the room mid-stay unaccompanied- not a cleaner! And for us to arrange moving between properties at 23h and having to move our car to another off site car park. We declined. But even so, we have not been issued a refund - despite the problems. Hotel did not even apologise for issues. They had 7 hours between being notified of issue to resolve it - but supposedly didn’t have time.

Love the apartment. It was very cosy for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and very close to everything, which is why I picked this place, as we didn’t rent a car. The host was very quick to respond with my questions and check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I love the location. I highly recommend!
