Aria Rooms and Terrace

Fantastic location and beautiful view. The two women who handled the cleaning and breakfast were very kind, thorough and service-minded. The room was cleaned very well and their attitude was always warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was a huge disappointment. The reality was very different from the photos and description on Hotels.com. The property is presented as elegant, luxurious and well maintained, with beautiful terraces, greenery and stylish furniture. In reality, much of the furniture was different and much simpler, much of the greenery was gone, and several areas were worn and poorly maintained. The hotel felt like a worn-down, downgraded version of the property still being advertised. The terrace flooring was damaged and worn, and the carpet and several pieces of furniture in the room felt shabby. The listing also included facilities that simply did not exist, including a pool/hot tub, parking, reception and other services. Breakfast was acceptable, but the cold cuts, cheeses and pastries were cheap and low quality. We arrived late at night, were exhausted and Noto was fully booked, so changing hotels was not realistic. Had we known the reality, we would never have booked Aria Rooms & Terrace.

La habitación del hotel cumplía con los requisitos que se necesitaba para un buen alojamiento. La zona es accesible para caminar a pie aunque con muchas cuestas. El baño se veía remodelado recientemente.

Perfect place to stay in Noto! Thanks to our hosts

A lovely property and welcoming hosts. Our room was great, ground floor with views of beautiful Noto. A pretty terrace for guests. Only complaints: Wifi didn’t work well in our room as it seemed too far away from the modem. At 50 Euros. price for one load of laundry seemed exorbitant.
