We stayed at this property when it was not very busy, but we heard during the busy season it’s a lot of fun as well. It was nice to relax. We had the pool to ourselves because we stayed in the month of May. The property was clean well, kept and quiet.

We enjoyed our trip. The condo was a good distance to the beach and restaurants. Darin was very helpful and responsive to any questions. The accomodations were comfortable and everything we needed. The pool was warm and clean. We look forward to checking out more of the owners properties when we return to Marco.

Two docks available to reserve , make sure to confirm docks are available before booking. Walking distance to Old Marco, Snook Inn, etc. Kitchen use a refresh on pots and pans, utensils. Not enough towels in bathroom for four adults. Comfortable space , would stay again..

The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.

We were told the code provided would allow us to access the unit via the coded lock, but the code actually unlocked a key box. Luckily we were able to figure it out. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower, dirt and garbage on the floor and under the beds, and toothpaste residue on the towels hanging in the bathroom. There were dark blood looking stains on the sheets in both bedrooms. There was a lizard living in the gray sofa chair who made an appearance a few times during our stay. There was also a $25 registration fee that was not noted in the listing. The positives included comfortable beds, a great location, easy access to the pool and docks, and an assigned parking spot for the unit. The condo is in an older development but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

From the moment I arrived there were issues. I couldn't open the screen door and had to call the owner for instructions. Once I went into the condo I noticed a strong smell and I immediately had a allergic reaction with my nose running. I left a day early on Saturday rather than Sunday.

The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!

The property was fine as a place to sleep. We were there for two nights. We arrived after our flight around 1AM, and the instructions for accessing the property were incorrect. We were told the code provided would allow us to access the unit via the coded lock, but the code actually unlocked a key box. Luckily we were able to figure it out. Unfortunately, the place was not very clean. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower, dirt and garbage on the floor and under the beds, and toothpaste residue on the towels hanging in the bathroom. There were dark blood looking stains on the sheets in both bedrooms. There was a lizard living in the gray sofa chair who made an appearance a few times during our stay. There was also a $25 registration fee that was not noted in the listing. The positives included comfortable beds, a great location, easy access to the pool and docks, and an assigned parking spot for the unit. All things considered, this was fine for our quick visit to Marco Island, but we wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel-equivalent stay or an extended period of time.

Property was in great, quiet neighborhood. The residents were wonderful to talk with around the pool. Snooks within walking distance for great food and live music was a big bonus!

We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!

The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.

This property needs an absolute overhaul! To begin with, it’s an older complex and the buildings need renovations. The condo stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture was gross and worn out. The beds were absolutely horrible! The place was dark and dank. The shower door had no seal on the bottom so the water just ran out everywhere. The televison in the living room did not work. No direct communication from owner. Just what seemed to be automated through VRBO. I sent a message asking a couple questions and never received a response from the owner. Will never stay at this place again.
