Ramada Encore by Wyndham Monterrey Apodaca Zona Aeropuerto

I suppose be at the airport at 5:15 am. No shuttle service until 6 am. Hotel promises a free taxi service. Taxi didn't show up no plan B on the hotel side. I will no stay at this hotel again.

Everything was all right. The only thing to consider is that the pool should be cleaned and vacuumed with more effort and frequency. I've stayed for two times in a short period of time, the first time a thought that maybe they were experiencing lack off staff, but the second time saw it was also dirty. so definitely they need to effort more on that point.

No es el hotel más elegante de Mty pero es el mejor por su alberca techada y climatizada todo el año! Nos encanta venir por eso. Además del servicio excelente, tienen un almuerzo delicioso y el restaurante para la tarde o cena tmb muy rico

Ofrecen servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa y no pude obtener el servicio debido a que no habia diappnible en el.horario que llegue a las 6pm y no me pudieron tampoco llevar al dia siguiente porque no tenian personal en eate horario. Del resto todo perfecto, el desayuno que ofrecen es excelente la variedad y sabor

Even though I reserved my shuffle for a pick up 48 hrs in advanced, they were saying they were not able to provide transportation. This was very poor service. Very disappointment

The pool was closed due to under construction which was never mentioned when I done my reservation. The gym was outdated and most of all machines there didn’t work. Besides that beds were comfy clean breakfast was great

The restaurant staff was attentive and kind, unfortunately front desk staff were a different story. The breakfast area was crowded and the floor dirty with small pieces of food on the ground, I guess they're probably understaffed. There was a sign in the room offering complimentary toiletries. I called front desk to ask for a tube of tooth paste and they never brought it to my room. Later on, I walked over to the front desk to ask for the toothpaste and they never offered any complimentary, and instead tried to sell me one in a rude, unwelcoming fashion. The room they assigned us was noisy as it was on 2nd floor, and they held events in a ballroom at 1st floor, so the music could be heard clearly, along with noises from the lobby. Lastly, the indoor pool was under maintenance, and, to my understanding it's been like that for the past 3 months or more. Sadly, because this was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place. Would not stay here again.

Me parece muy injusto y desconsiderado que anuncien en Hotels.com que este Hotel tiene servicio de Shuttle al aeropuerto! Ni al llegar al aeropuerto fueron por nosotros ni al regresar al aeropuerto nos llevaron. Cuando me queje dijeron que era solo de acuerdo a disponibilidad de la unidad! Eso deben poner ustedes en la página. Al solicitar shuttle para regresar al aeropuerto nos dijeron que habían llevado a una persona a las 11:30 AM y ya no tenían viaje hasta las 6:00 PM!!! Por otro lado, se nos cayo en la recámara un tornillos de los lentes y nos agachamos a buscarlo… SUPER SUCIO abajo de las camas y de las mesitas!!! Cuando barren solo lo hacen alderredor de la cama 😱. Me esperaba mucho mejor calidad y servicio por pertenecer al Grupo Wyndam, que siempre era de excelencia.

Mal Servicio de Transporte al Aeropuerto... Estuve hospedada en este hotel por la "conveniencia de cercania al aeropuerto" y, aunque la estadía fue cómoda, tuve una mala experiencia con el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. El hotel anunciaba este servicio, pero al solicitarlo me informaron que no era posible porque no lo reservé con anticipación. Esto causó inconvenientes en mi itinerario. Recomiendo que se aclare mejor esta política en la comunicación con los huéspedes para evitar sorpresas. Espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto, ya que el resto de la experiencia fue satisfactoria con el servicio del personal, adicional la habitacion fue confortable sin embargo el baño se encontraba sucio.

Todo estuvo bien los trabajadores muy amables nomas que ya le falta una buena limpieza al hotel no se sentía al 100 limpio por la razón que el pasillo estaba lleno de basura como si no avían aspirado las cobijas si estaban limpias pero las habitación estaba un poco sucio por los baños y en ciertos rincones. Que entiendo que los de limpieza están presionados de limpiar tantos cuartos. No los culpo a ellos si no la administración que no contrata más empleados.

Upon arrival at the Ramada Encore, the receptionist asked for my identification. I handed him my Texas driver's license, but he rejected it, arguing that “on the manager's orders, the identification had to be Mexican.” I explained that I did not have Mexican identification and that my TX license was a valid international ID, which had been accepted at that same hotel on previous visits. Despite my explanations, he remained adamant and even reacted with sarcastic laughter and mockery. When I asked how foreigners were registered, he replied sarcastically that they presented their foreign passports, but I did not have one. When I showed him my U.S. passport, he finally accepted it, albeit reluctantly. The bad experience continued when I entered the room, which was 165°F. I had to turn on the mini split and wait four hours outside for the temperature to drop to 78°F, which was barely tolerable. The next day, I had to call the administration early to request soap and hot water, as they apparently turn off the hot water valve. The cleaning lady arrived at 8:30 a.m. to clean the room, which forced us to leave for an hour. However, in the corners under the sinks, I found piles of white powder, apparently cockroach poison. This routine was repeated during the two days of my stay. I don't understand how, having made my reservation a month in advance, they didn't check the room to be sure everything was in order.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ramada Encore, excellent service, courteous professional staff. This is my "go to" hotel when I'm in town.

Room was not ready, floor was dirty bedding was dirty, food was discussing. They made a mistake on my order, flavor was nasty and they didn’t send condiments or what I ordered! When I asked for transportation to the airport they had the wrong time, then I requested a taxi and the receptionist cancelled it because she thought I cancelled. She sat there arguing that I told her to cancel it. Finally, she admitted, she had made a mistake. I ended leaving the place for another hotel!!! Nice rooms and building, just unclean!

El servicio no es bueno, pagamos hotel con alberca climatizada y no la tienen climatizada y pedimos hablar con el gerente y no resuelven nada, el desayuno es poco variado.. bonito hotel pero puede mejorar su servicio
