Relax by Pools: Top-Floor Lands End Corner Unit

The condo was nice but hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite a while. The balcony was really dirty and floor hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. The rug and carpets inside were dirty. The dishwasher was broken our entire stay. We prepared every meal there so it was tough. There were items missing from kitchen that made meal prep harder. They did get replaced for our visit. We didn’t have enough trash bags to get through the week. The washer was also broken when we got there and it was replaced 5 days later and we weren’t prepared to not have access to washer. The representatives for the condo were very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve the issues. The sunsets were amazing and you can also see sunrises from the balcony which was very private. The pool and fitness room were awesome! The community room with pool table was great too! I think if more attention to detail was paid to the condo it would be the best one yet.

Such a disappointing trip. We have vacationed at the lake for many years. Usually make 2, 3, 4 or 5 trips a year. Never have had any issues. After a water leak in the condo, we had to evacuate after just one night. We had to find an alternate place to stay for the last 2 nights at our expense. The refund was for the two nights only. No refund or any break on the host fees (250) or the service fee (92). So the refund (which we don't have yet) did not even cover one night at the Holiday Inn. Ultimately, it was a very short and disappointing trip.

Beautiful condo. The utility wagon was so helpful with getting things to snd from the car.

We really loved the floor plan, the deck and the house set up was very welcoming.There was a challenge with communicating with our host because she is a flight attendant and her husband was working with us instead.This only impacted us when we wanted to get in an hour early. We drove a distance to get there and were advised to contact them when we got there to see if we could get in early which would be inconvenient!All in all we had a great stay in your beautiful home and appreciate all of its comforts.

Place is great, did have some trouble with the TV’s but owners were very helpful in correcting our problem. Definitely would stay there again!!
