Marina & Beach Club Access: Condo in Southport

The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our stay in St James.

What a comfortable stay! We came in to visit family in St James and truly appreciated being within the neighborhoods with them. The condo was clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. Check in was communicated via text and email in advance so that we knew to go the main gate and were given our car pass. Then the portal accessed via the welcome book told me the absolutely minimal check out steps to get back out the door. Would absolutely return!

We loved the condo. It was decorated nicely. It was clean and had all that we needed. I loved relaxing on the deck in the mornings and evenings.

Loved the stay! Immaculate! Felt very homey! Loved that there was a lot of essentials left to use and high was a nice touch! My only complaint was the contact for the facility! It was a man with st. James. I first called about the locations of pools and he belittled me and laughed as if I should have been familiar with the location. Again, I first texted then called regarding a fire alarm that kept going off for low battery. I asked if I could unplug the unit ( I wasn’t sure if it would set the fire alarms off for the whole building) again he belittled me, laughed at me and talked to me as if I was a child and should have known. Finally, I called because I had a child accidentally lock both bathroom doors. Again he spoke down to me when I asked him where the keys were. He proceeds to tell me that there are no keys for bathroom doors. It’s called a pin obviously. He corrected me three times when I called it a key and not a pin. He was unaware that there were two different pins (one that worked and one which did not fit/unlock the door) I would have given this 5 stars except for my experience with the man at the main desk (the number was the contact info upon booking)

Super quiet neighborhood and very clean. Well appointed and had everything you needed. Plenty of parking. Didn't get to spend too much time on the porch but it was a nice, private and cozy area. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
