This home had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and living room were comfortable, there was enough dining room seating, and the pantry was well stocked. The paintings, decor and lighting were stylish and fun. The location was central to downtown. The host was helpful and friendly. This is a top notch place to stay and was a good value.

Property was close to the wedding venue. Very nice home which was so comfortable we felt right at home. Nice backyard with grill. Nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating areas. Very clean and well appointed. We would stay there again!

This house was wonderful! Great location, our host was very nice and helpful and very responsive. We had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with and beds were all comfortable and nice fenced backyard for our dog. The shower was always warm and the shower head was wonderful as well. The house was warm and cozy and we loved all the bright colors in decor of the home.We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Atlanta!

The Bungalow was clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The vibe of the house is calm and colorful. We were in a perfect location outside of the busy part of the city but a 15 minute drive to the botanical gardens and Mercedes Benz stadium (Atlanta United soccer game). The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with family. We appreciate being able to bring our dog and she enjoyed walking in the backyard.

Spent four nights in this home with another couple. Comfortable house, well stocked and in a convenient (and safe) location. Off street parking was appreciated. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Loved the front porch for morning coffee. Everything was great, highly recommend!!

Online pictures are accurate. But you can only experience the charm of this place in person! It is adorable and immaculate! We loved hanging out on the front porch listening to this quiet neighborhood settling in for the night. Lavonne’s property in Grant Park always feels like a home away from home. I can take care of business in a safe space that provides parking, quick access to the highway to get where I need to be and visit some of my favorite neighborhoods like Inman and Grant Park for leisurely walks and coffee breaks. There’s no other place in Atlanta I’d rather be.

Everything you could possibly think of was provided, home is beautifully decorated, planty of quality supplies like coffees, teas, body wash, soap, paper towels, toliet paper, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable with quality linens and pillows. My kids and I stayed here for a short trip in town to visit the zoo and aquarium. Home was 5 minutes to the zoo and 15 minutes to the aquarium which made mid-afternoon naps easy. The house has a wonderfully spacious front porch that we loved to have morning coffee/milk and after dinner treats on. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. Home has an easy to use security system and we felt very safe without my husband with us. Floors are pretty squeaky which I thought would be a problem for my baby, but with the doors shut you can’t hear a thing from inside the bedrooms. We had a wonderful visit at this home and would love to visit again.

We have a family of five and a dog. We came for a cheer event at GWCC. We enjoyed this roomy house for our entire family. It’s the perfect amount of space for downtime meals and rest. We all have phones and this place is big enough to where we could be in different rooms and not hear phones & TikTok, lol. The backyard was clean and spacious for our dog. This place had everything you need to cook, make coffee and two tables to eat at. Uber had no problems finding this place for rides and for meals. The host is responsive and thorough. Our stay at the renovated craftsman bungalow was most ideal. The home was plenty big for our needs and it is clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. We had an absolute amazing experience in this wonderful bungalow. It was perfect for our family of four and mother-in-law to spread out, have our own bedrooms and play games on the dining room table. We commented on the beautiful and warm decorations multiple times and the proximity to all was incredible. We couldnt have stayed at a better place in a better location. Lavonne was very sweet checking in on us twice to make sure there wasn't something we needed. We felt safe and secure the whole time and would HIGHLY recommend anyone stay here. Thank you, Lavonne!

The property feels more like a full time residence as oppose to a vacation home. Super cute front porch. Also, the driveway backs out directly into a two way street just a friendly FYI. We actually only stayed at the property about an hour due to unforseen circumstances on the owners end. Once contacted she replied promptly and completely refunded our stay no hassle.

We have a family of five and a dog. We came for a cheer event at GWCC. We enjoyed this roomy house for our entire family. It’s the perfect amount of space for downtime meals and rest. We all have phones and this place is big enough to where we could be in different rooms and not hear phones & TikTok, lol. The backyard was clean and spacious for our dog. This place had everything you need to cook, make coffee and two tables to eat at. Uber had no problems finding this place for rides and for meals. The host is responsive and thorough. We plan to be back!

Wonderful, eclectic comfortable home. It was perfect for our trip. Lavonne was very communicative and helpful. I loved the neighborhood and nearby Glenwood was great for dinner, walking and groceries.

We had a fabulous time in Atlanta. Lavonne the property owner was so helpful giving us tips for fun places to go and to eat. The property was immaculate. It is a totally cute bungalow with three bedrooms a very nice kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood was gorgeous and within 4 miles of pretty much everywhere you would want to go. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

The place exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner is top notch. The house felt like a home. It was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect as it is within a 10-15 minute drive of some great restaurants and tourist spots. Couldn't have picked a better place. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Loved the amenities. Hostess very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Didn't care for location as very busy area. Traffic horrible for us but just a personal opinion as we are not used to that type of traffic. Overall loved we were close to area attractions and loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! We came to Atlanta to visit the attractions available through the CityPass - Zoo Atlanta, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, the College Football Hall of Fame and the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. The location was perfect for all of these attractions! We were so close to the zoo and getting to and from downtown was easy. The area was so cute and we felt completely safe. The house was older, but we'll furnished and met all of our needs. We would absolutely stay again! Lavonne was a great host.

The Bungalow was clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The vibe of the house is calm and colorful. We were in a perfect location outside of the busy part of the city but a 15 minute drive to the botanical gardens and Mercedes Benz stadium (Atlanta United soccer game). The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with family. We appreciate being able to bring our dog and she enjoyed walking in the backyard.

Absolutely delightful property. Close to downtown Atlanta but far enough away from then traffic and congestion. In a beautiful neighborhood full of character. The Atlanta zoo is minutes away! Our family felt safe and and right at home. The front porch is wonderful for a glass of wine and a bit of relaxation after a long day. The owner was extremely attentive and very helpful with suggestions for places to eat! Would stay and recommend the property without question again!

Lavonne’s property in Grant Park always feels like a home away from home. I can take care of business in a safe space that provides parking, quick access to the highway to get where I need to be and visit some of my favorite neighborhoods like Inman and Grant Park for leisurely walks and coffee breaks. There’s no other place in Atlanta I’d rather be.

We had an amazing week at Intown Bungalow. The house was clean and looks exactly as pictures shown. House was easy to locate. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors. Quiet at night, felt safe throughout our stay. Home was close to all main attractions downtown. 1 mile from Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park. Many nice restaurants in area. Lavonne was a lovely host. She was very responsive. We were able to meet her during our trip and she is as nice in person as she is through communication. We would definitely book again when visiting Atlanta.
