This property was pretty much perfect! Great location, no more than 10 minutes to the best Atlanta attractions (we came for the zoo and aquarium and this was central to both). The neighborhood was clean, felt incredibly safe, and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. There was a variety of coffee and tea, and even simple things like band aids and ziploc bags (and with kids that was a huge plus!). The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, and the towels were of good quality. The check in process was easy and the owner was quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend this place and if we are back in the area, will definitely book again!

This condo was amazing! Our host Josh’s instructions were excellent and we got in without a hitch. The condo’s pictures were spot on, it was beautiful, spacious, new and very clean! Oh and did I mention the 20 inch pillow top, king size bed! This condo is close, 5-10 minutes to downtown but just far enough away from the hard edges of the city. The neighborhood was clean and SAFE and literally right off the interstate. It had a driveway / parking space for one car which was perfect for our group of (3 women) who all rode together. I can not say enough about this condo. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom, beautiful home, that’s in a safe area. It was worth the price and was above expectations!

We evacuated here from Florida’s hurricane Milton last minute. The communication with Josh was effortless and he was very responsive . The townhouse is right in the Atlanta downtown area, but is was very safe and very quiet. I slept like a baby on the big tall comfortable bed. The kitchen is very sweet and the neighborhood was so close to Zoo Atlanta that we walked. We fell in love with the city of Atlanta and would love to come back again to visit.

We spent two nights. It is conveniently located to the Atlanta Zoo, Coke museum, and Georgia Aquarium. It was lovely to come home to comfortable surroundings after action-packed days. Most of all I loved that the kitchen was beautiffuly equipped with everything you would ever need! Highly recommend.

The home was very spacious and relatively clean. Could have been a little cleaner. Plenty of towels but no wash clothes. The location is perfect! Both I-20 and I-85 are only 5 minutes away and there great eateries in the area. Perfect location! Has a dedicated parking space but only room to park one vehicle. My only complaint is the day bed in one of the bedrooms. We had 3 adults. A full or queen size bed for the 3rd person would have made it a perfect stay. I recommend this home and the host.

Check-in was smooth. Josh communicated everything I needed to know to help the process go smooth. Nice neighborhood close to everything. The house was beautiful, clean and enough space for my group of six. My only suggestion would be to add more washcloths and towels. We were washing everyday to ensure everyone had clean washcloths and towels. Checkout was easy and Josh allowed us to keep our cars parked for an additional hour after checkout. That was a bonus we really appreciated. Overall a great experience!

The house was well maintained. Very clean. Was conveniently located to all of our activities. We enjoyed many restaurants in the SummerHill area. Our only issue was the home temperature control. If thermostat was set too high, the upstairs would be very hot.

I hope to stay here again! This listing os perfect for a group - very spacious, comfy, clean, and beautiful! The neighborhood is great, with a grocery store within walking distance, and restaurants nearby. The owner kept communication open and was very helpful. Nothing negative to say at all about this listing!

We were at the property for a quick two nights. Everything was just as pictured. Josh was very responsive with his replies. Looked like it had been a quick turnover with clean linens in dryer and clean plates in dishwasher. It didn’t bother us at all as we didn’t have time to use or need the appliances. Location was perfect for our downtown sightseeing. Thanks to Josh for your hospitality!

Stayed here for three days. The townhouse was even better than we imagined. It offered everything to make our stay comfortable. Josh was available at all times. The location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We used Uber to get around and it was the best way to go for us. Many restaurants in the area. We visited the Aquarium, Zoo, Coca Cola Museum and the Fernbank Museum. Would definitely stay here again. Had a marvelous time!

The neighborhood was quite and safe and even the area around it was pleasant. The house is well equiped and clean. We stay at VRBO's frequently and my husband said this place was one of his favorite. I hope to stay here again! This listing os perfect for a group - very spacious, comfy, clean, and beautiful! The neighborhood is great, with a grocery store within walking distance, and restaurants nearby. The owner kept communication open and was very helpful. We evacuated here from Florida’s hurricane Milton last minute. The communication with Josh was effortless and he was very responsive . The townhouse is right in the Atlanta downtown area, but is was very safe and very quiet. I slept like a baby on the big tall comfortable bed. The kitchen is very sweet and the neighborhood was so close to Zoo Atlanta that we walked. We fell in love with the city of Atlanta and would love to come back again to visit.

The home was very spacious and relatively clean. Could have been a little cleaner. Plenty of towels but no wash clothes. The location is perfect! Both I-20 and I-85 are only 5 minutes away and there great eateries in the area. Perfect location! Has a dedicated parking space but only room to park one vehicle. My only complaint is the day bed in one of the bedrooms. We had 3 adults. A full or queen size bed for the 3rd person would have made it a perfect stay. I recommend this home and the host.

Space is very accommodating and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Check in process was easy and smooth and check out was the same. Josh was very communicative about the space and responsive to questions or concerns we had. Location is walkable to several areas of interest (a few restaurants, GSU, and the like) or a very short drive to many more. However, like most cities, I would recommend appropriate car/house safety in terms of not keeping any belongings inside your vehicle and ensuring all doors are locked as you can tell there's some slightly rougher spots nearby as well.

All the destinations we planned to visit with our grandchildren were in easy driving distance. We enjoyed walking to a variety of restaurants on Georgia Ave and to Publix just 2 blocks away. Yet the townhouse was on a quiet secluded street.

Stayed here for three days. The townhouse was even better than we imagined. It offered everything to make our stay comfortable. Josh was available at all times. The location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We used Uber to get around and it was the best way to go for us. Many restaurants in the area. We visited the Aquarium, Zoo, Coca Cola Museum and the Fernbank Museum. Would definitely stay here again. Had a marvelous time!

The house was well maintained. Very clean. Was conveniently located to all of our activities. We enjoyed many restaurants in the SummerHill area. Our only issue was the home temperature control. If thermostat was set too high, the upstairs would be very hot.

Sparkling clean, excellent communication with high responsiveness, amenities were plentiful, we cooked home made meals and had all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls and tools we needed!The layout and coziness was fantastic and there were games for us to play at the dining room table as a family.The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and so convenient with off street parking and the shops all in walking distance.Highly Recommend!!!!!

Great location close to multiple venues. Visited the Aquarium and Coke Museum. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for teenagers to spread out.
