Fancy 1-BR in Central Location Parking available

Very nice place, walking distance to downtown DC and really beautiful apartment. Appreciated it being pet friendly as well, a huge selling point.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 nights during a recent trip visiting our daughter. The apartment was easy to access and immaculate when we arrived. We took advantage of the parking place behind the unit which we accessed through a narrow alley way on the side of the building. It was very nice to have an off street location to leave our car. The apartment is in a great location and provided easy access to our daughter in Columbia Heights, Tourist attractions, Georgetown and the Kennedy Center. All within 2 miles of the apartment. We took advantage of Uber and Lyft to get around town since our car was safely parked. The property manager/owner was very responsive to email inquiries we had prior and during our stay. My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations and would highly recommend the apartment for short or longer term stays. We plan on going back during our next visit.

Awesome apartment in a great location. Amzaing bathroom with lots of updates. Good communication throughout the trip.
