The property was perfect for what we needed. We came up to fish the finger lakes and had a great time. The property had ample parking for the truck and boat. The house was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and water provided which was nice. The town is beautiful and quiet. We even saw a deer in the back yard when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if ever we get back.

Seneca Falls is a quiet older neighborhood. We enjoyed our drive along 89 and stopped in to the wineries. The yard is not fenced but it does have a deck in the back. Appreciated all the amenities available in the home.

Picked for proximity to family event in the area. Renovated little house. Smelled like cleaning products when we arrived, which I think is a bonus. Enough towels/toiletries and a few snacks provided. Property could probably use treatment for ants. We encountered a few during our weekend. Overall, a good stay & better than a hotel.

Great house, great location, wonderful trip! The house was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed, had extra blankets if needed, kitchen had all the necessary things, there wasn't anything we felt it was missing. Good location and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

The house was fine but there were a few things I would have liked. The kitchen is small and there was a small square table with 2 stools that faced a wall. We were going to open it up to make it bigger but it had screws coming out of it where it connected, so we couldn’t. We had to play cards on couch and eat in living room. There are no waste baskets in bedrooms and the sink in bathroom would hold water in it because it didn’t drain properly. We still enjoyed our stay but I think if you have children, this is not a home I would recommend using.

My only concern was how comfortable the beds(single) were going to be and I was pleasantly surprised that my entire family slept well and where very comfortable. The property was very well maintained and if I has to make a suggestion it would be added seating in Livingroom. Another chair or love seat would make it almost perfect.

We truly enjoyed our brief 3 day stay in Seneca Falls. The house was located close enough to everything we wanted to see, and was comfortable for the three of us. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the communication with the hosts was simple and straight forward. Excellent instructions in house. Overall a great getaway! We may stay again when the weather warms up!

The upside was a good kitchen to cook and the downside was no kitchen table and the shower was excellent. If I ever decide to fish that lake again, I would definitely stay at this place.

This house although not large, was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the thoughtful owner even left some complimentary snacks. A perfect location close to all the Finger Lakes have to offer. We had a great stay. Thanks!

The house was fine but there were a few things I would have liked. The kitchen is small and there was a small square table with 2 stools that faced a wall.
