Beautiful contemporary property a 5-minute walk to Butterfly Beach. Property manager's timeliness of communication and support were exceptional. Beautiful outdoor living areas.

Great place for a large group. Wish we could have been there longer and made more use of the amenities. The property manager was great - very organized and very responsive.

The house is perfect for a family get together. I has everything and then some - the wagon filled with pool and sand toys an unexpected plus. This property feels warm and welcoming. There are a lot of interesting touches - especially the books.The kitchen is completely equipped. Some of the electronics/switches take some getting used to but nothing that can't be figured out.

We rented this property for our daughter’s graduation from UCSB. The whole family joined and we had a wonderful time. The house is amazing: great views, open plan which allowed all of us to gather together for meals and conversations, modern appliances, and a great hot tub and pool. Michelle clearly pays close attention to every detail and is very responsive to any questions, making the stay free of any last minute distractions. We’d love to stay here again.
