Willunga Cottage — Sweet Country Retreat

Peaceful family holiday in a country setting in the outer suburbs of Melbourne. Close to beach and shopping centres. Close to the Botanical Gardens. A Christmas tree was set up for our celebrations, which was a lovely touch. Relaxing pool, and lots to entertain the kids, with play set, cubbie house and trampoline.

We spent 3 days in early March 2024 at Willunga Cottage. The property was very homey and had everything you could want for a relaxed family get together. The kids spent most of their time in the pool, but there were many other things to keep them interested both inside and outside. The adults, our 2 daughters and their partners found the inside amenities comfortable and quite adequate. Lily our host was very helpful and quick to get back to us when we had a couple of questions prior to arriving. We would certainly stay at Willunga Cottage again.

The property owner was absolutely lovely and went over and above to help us. She was able to let us check in a few hours earlier than normal which was very convenient for us.
