Host was extremely responsive. Beautiful house and extremely convenient to downtown area. Walked to convention center within 10 minutes. Parking space was really nice to have. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I brought teenagers for an overnight to see WaterFire. It was great to have everyone in one place, but with their own spaces to crash. Nice parking, decent walk to the waterfront. We would do this again.

This property is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodations were serviceable and clean enough but several windows would not close and lock, the shower door was falling off (hinges broken), some pillow cases were too small for the pillows, security lighting outside door did not work. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 3 coffee mugs and a 4 cup coffee pot. Other kitchen amenities were lacking but we did not cook there so that did not impact us. Parking was tight but is available so that's a plus.

Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and itâs like a festival feeling without all the vendors. Columbus weekend is really fun there Definitely eat at Opa restaurant you will be very pleased. I will absolutely be rebooking this place

We were there for JWU Graduation and it was a great location. Walking distance to Amica Pavilion and so many great restaurants right around the corner. Spacious for the family and included a parking spot. Could use a few new mattresses and bed frame upgrades. A working light on the steps to entrance would have been helpful. Blackout curtains would be great for room#1 that has a street lamp in front of it. A bit more kitchen amenities (enough plate settings for 8, more cups and silverware along with some basic spices) would have been helpful as well. We would have liked to use the patio but it wasn't cleaned up and the door wouldn't open, it would be nice out there on summer nights. The owner did mention they are working on renovations, the place has a lot of great potential and worked for what we needed.

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

4 of us stayed for a one week fieldwork assignment and we had everything we needed + a short walk to great restaurants and easy access to the interstate! I will say if you are renting a vehicle and you CAN make it with a small one, do it! We had a GMC Acadia and it was difficult to park and back out every day, especially when the neighbor was there! The washer could use a deep clean and we could have used more towels/washcloths, but no real complaints! We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend bringing a small fan or Sound machine if are a light sleeper just because of the nature of the environment :) mine helped me out a lot

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughterâs graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

The property was very clean/well-kept, very spacious. The location is perfect when visiting downtown Providence. The communication with the host was excellent, he responded almost immediately with helpful info both times I reached out with a question. Any time I visit Providence with friends I will check to see it this house is available.

We had a quiet stay and did not inquire about tv. That was a missing part but caused us to read. I am not sure where more people would sleep if we had more than eight people. The floors squeaked while others slept. There were enough bedrooms to spread out. The road was narrow in that old part of the city.

My groomsmen and l stayed here the weekend of my wedding and everything was great! solid location if you like getting up to midnight shenanigans. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Also the host was very responsive. Kevin replied to every question or concern I had within minutes of me contacting him. He allowed us to have an early check in time as well as helping me coordinate a way to retrieve a lost item even though I was several states away. Highly recommend!

Host was extremely responsive. Beautiful house and extremely convenient to downtown area. Walked to convention center within 10 minutes. Parking space was really nice to have. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

This property is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodations were serviceable and clean enough but several windows would not close and lock, the shower door was falling off (hinges broken), some pillow cases were too small for the pillows, security lighting outside door did not work. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 3 coffee mugs and a 4 cup coffee pot. Other kitchen amenities were lacking but we did not cook there so that did not impact us. Parking was tight but is available so that's a plus.

We were there for JWU Graduation and it was a great location. Walking distance to Amica Pavilion and so many great restaurants right around the corner. Spacious for the family and included a parking spot. Could use a few new mattresses and bed frame upgrades. A working light on the steps to entrance would have been helpful. Blackout curtains would be great for room#1 that has a street lamp in front of it. A bit more kitchen amenities (enough plate settings for 8, more cups and silverware along with some basic spices) would have been helpful as well. We would have liked to use the patio but it wasn't cleaned up and the door wouldn't open, it would be nice out there on summer nights. The owner did mention they are working on renovations, the place has a lot of great potential and worked for what we needed.

Great location. Covered parking for 1 car. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to Atwells. Close enough to walk downtown for WaterFire event and nightlife. Host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughterâs graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and itâs like a festival feeling without all the vendors. Columbus weekend is really fun there Definitely eat at Opa restaurant you will be very pleased. I will absolutely be rebooking this place

The property is spacious, and the location excellent. For being so close to Atwells Ave it was also much quieter at night than I would have expected. The beds are reasonably comfortable. But everything else about the place is not good. Much of it is badly in need of basic upkeep -- fixtures missing, furniture breaking, etc. The kitchen is so poorly equipped that it is unusable for even the most basic things -- for example there were exactly two drinking glasses, two knives and not a single pot or pan of any kind. The rest of the home is barely minimally stocked -- e.g., exactly one small bath towel per person, but no hand towels, kitchen towels, or paper towels at all. Listing it as having a garden is a little misleading -- it is such an overgrown patch of weeds, with a couple of plastic chairs too dirty to sit in, that it is unusable.I would not choose to stay here again.

A nice spacious place on a quiet side street just a very short walk to downtown. A great location if you want to get out and explore. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely look for this location if I plan another trip. Thanks - Bill

These did not factor into my rating since host cannot control: The walls are paper thin. My visit was Thurs-Sun. and there were people outside at night talking loudly every night, garbage trucks banging for 2 hours starting at 5am, can constantly hear cars speeding by on the main road.What did factor in: The amenities are scarce and bare minimum. Empty soap dispenser on arrival, barely any cookies supplies/dishes/utensils - if you're going to cook just bring your own things. Towels are small, sheets are thin - no extra blankets in sight. Water dispenser in fridge doesn't work. Otherwise it's a great location and within walkable distance to whatever you want.
