My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for the week while our son played baseball. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac! Close to everything! Home was very clean! Comfortable beds too! The home was stocked with cooking essentials like seasonings! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked in all the bathrooms too! Overall, we are very happy with our choice and recommend this property!

Our experience was the best for attending our son's wedding and being able to accommodate family at one location. We were able to enjoy cooking some meals together and walks in the neighborhood. This house is spacious and has many special touches. The owners are very gracious and responsive.

This is a very clean and modern property that was wonderful for us. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen had essentials we needed! I like that it's on a cul-de-sac, which is great if you have kids. The backyard was spacious as well. The owner Oleg was great to correspond with. Thank you!

Our family of 6 loved this house! It was super clean, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is very spacious and the house is in a cul-de-sac so kids can play in the front as well. We’ll stay definitely stay here again!

Oleg & Vera are superstars! They were so communicative with us and answered us promptly for any questions we had. Check in was easy (Oleg allowed us to check in early and even offered us late check out if we wanted), check out was simple (no super long lists like other rentals of chores to complete), the house was very clean and modern. Modern technology in home (smart TVs in the master bedroom and living room were very nice), smart thermostat, bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels for our 7 sleepers. Beds are low to the floor, so be wary of that if you have specific needs. Home is in close proximity to major freeways, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. We stayed for a wedding and found the walk in closet in the master, plus steamer, iron/board, curling iron and hair dryer very useful. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it!

There was evidence of a bug infestation in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. I used paper plates, cups, napkins, etc. and did not clean those areas. I did my best to wash the den and dinning area windows but all windows should be cleaned. There are places where the flooring does not go all the way to the wall. This may be the entry for the bugs. I am not wish to post a review but please take care of these issues.

The manager was great to work with. We were in the area for family wedding and some family arrived on a red eye flight Manager let us have the house before the 4:00 check in time which was so helpful. The few minor issues along the way were promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend this place.

This was my first time renting a house ever so I wasn’t sure what if it was going to be like the pictures but it sure was. The home was absolutely wonderful. The check in and check out process was easy. Mr. Oleg was very kind and easy to get a hold of. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip and would definitely recommend!!

Oleg was always very responsive to us throughout the process and reasonable, willing to assist with whatever needs came up. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and also just a 2 minute drive from a great supermarket and Woodruff road. We would highly recommend this property!

This home is in an amazing location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. I wish there were tvs in the other guest rooms. But overall an amazing and comfortable stay. We spent Thanksgiving there. I felt like I was in my own home.

Oleg was always very responsive to us throughout the process and reasonable, willing to assist with whatever needs came up. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and also just a 2 minute drive from a great supermarket and Woodruff road. We would highly recommend this property!

This was our first time coming to Greenville, and this house was the perfect place to be to access it all. A short drive from both the airport and downtown made our trip a breeze. Very communicative host, and the house was perfect!
