A long weekend get away in Lititz/Lancaster, PA.The town of Lititz is so charming. Home to Wilbur Buds Chocolate Factory and well worth a stroll around the town. The property is cozy and spacious. We enjoyed a 3 rd birthday with our granddaughter. Made breakfast and found the kitchen had all we needed. Comfortable beds and we all slept sound. The porch is very relaxing and a wonderful amenity to have. We will return and highly recommend.

Harvey’s property was beautiful and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We were blessed to have beautiful weather during our stay which allowed us to enjoy the deck and the trout stream just outside. Harvey was a great host and we would gladly stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. Attention to detail was evident when we found a basket of snacks, coffee, towels, shampoo, body wash, and even bubble bath! The apartment was exceptionally clean and the deck was absolutely perfect. Thank you for such a marvelous stay!

Harvey and Mary Ann are wonderful hosts. The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived. Having a full kitchen and a laundry was a real blessing. Our favorite memories are of sitting on the deck having morning coffee or watching the sunsets.

My husband and I along with friends, just returned home from a week at this beautiful rental. The property was exactly as it looked on VRBO. Harvey was a very accommodating host. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the geese and heron on the pond and sitting by the creek. The guys enjoyed fishing in the pond. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed for 2 weeks so our daughter could attend a Scoliosis Treatment bootcamp at ScoliSmart in Lititz. Harvey and Mary Ann are delightful people. Their apartment is great! The layout is perfect, kitchen fully stocked and including grill. They are conveniently located to Lititz and all the Farmer's Markets. We don't like to eat out much. We bought produce at the markets & even the end of driveways nearby. Loved the asparagus, Brussel sprouts, fresh eggs and more. Mary Ann outdid herself when she baked us a fresh strawberry pie that was to die for. Also, the property is beautiful ...including pond and winding creek. We enjoyed viewing the sunsets over the pond from the balcony/porch. We found the local park and enjoyed daily walks. Two weeks away from home is tough. But here we were able to find a Rythm and found ourselves feeling right at home. We were so impressed by the whole area. Stunning!

There’s a big deck overlooking the pond and fields, and plenty of comfortable indoor space as well. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful and there is nothing negative at all to say about this rental. We hope to stay there again! It was spotlessly cleaned, very comfortable, with a stocked kitchen and laundry room to use. The deck was wonderful for relaxing and catching the afternoon sun, and the location is perfect, close to Lititz and Ephrata. The host was so friendly and made himself available to us in case there was anything at all we needed. No complaints at all and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This was our third time staying in this beautiful apartment, and it was great as usual. We appreciated the addition of twin beds in place of the daybed in the second bedroom. As always, everything was spotlessly clean. The open kitchen is well-equipped, the living area is spacious and airy, with a lovely view over the pond and the fields. Harvey is a gracious and welcoming host, who makes everything easy and home-like. And it’s only a short drive from the charming town of Lititz — a perfect place from which to explore Lancaster County.

Harvey & Mary Ann's place was just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. And it was clear that a lot of thought went into every space to make the guest experience a great one. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of extra linens in the bathroom. Clean! And a good overall setup with the bedrooms separated from the main living area. The hosts were accommodating with a special request (re: checkout), and excellent with communications. A very warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. And you can't beat the peaceful view of the pond!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at and the king size bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. Harvey was helpful and available. There is a nice spot on the other side of the pond by the river, where trees shade a grassy area and would make a lovely place for a picnic. On the pond itself we saw Geese with their gosling’s and find another day, there were 10 geese congregating on the little island. The town of Lititz is charming.

We stayed for a Mom's Weekend and couldn't have been happier. The space was immaculate. The surroundings were relaxing. We loved the lake and willow tree. When we had a block in the tub, the owner was incredibly quick to respond and find a solution. It was amazing, and I hope I find an excuse to come back at some point.

Harvey and Mary Ann are wonderful hosts. The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived. Having a full kitchen and a laundry was a real blessing. Our favorite memories are of sitting on the deck having morning coffee or watching the sunsets.

This was probably one of my favorite VRBOs! The accommodations were lovely. Everything was cozy and comfortable and the deck overlooking the pond was a fantastic place to read and have coffee. We felt conveniently located to all the area had to offer. The best part of the rental was the sweet family that hosted us. The Fox family are not at all intrusive but are kind and welcoming and happy to assist with anything you might need. Two thumbs up for this little jewel!

This is a beautiful, spacious home with an incredible view of the pond. It is conveniently located near anything you might need, and the quaint, historic town of Lititz. The location of the house is perfect, as it's far away enough to be serene but close enough to get to restaurants and major stores. The property host, Harvey, was very helpful from beginning to end and keeps the house neat and clean. The various attention to details throughout the house made our stay a perfect getaway. Plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking in, and the Keurig coffee was an awesome bonus. The house is on beautiful area next to a nice pond, and the deck with a roof made all the difference on a hot day. This is a must-return for us.

A long weekend get away in Lititz/Lancaster, PA.The town of Lititz is so charming. Home to Wilbur Buds Chocolate Factory and well worth a stroll around the town. The property is cozy and spacious. We enjoyed a 3 rd birthday with our granddaughter. Made breakfast and found the kitchen had all we needed. Comfortable beds and we all slept sound. The porch is very relaxing and a wonderful amenity to have. We will return and highly recommend.

The home was spotless, cozy and inviting. The location was convenient to all the touristy things, but rural and refreshing. We had an amazing stay in the apartment. Attention to detail was evident when we found a basket of snacks, coffee, towels, shampoo, body wash, and even bubble bath! The apartment was exceptionally clean and the deck was absolutely perfect. Thank you for such a marvelous stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks so our daughter could attend a Scoliosis Treatment bootcamp at ScoliSmart in Lititz. Harvey and Mary Ann are delightful people. Their apartment is great! The layout is perfect, kitchen fully stocked and including grill. They are conveniently located to Lititz and all the Farmer's Markets. We don't like to eat out much. We bought produce at the markets & even the end of driveways nearby. Loved the asparagus, Brussel sprouts, fresh eggs and more. Mary Ann outdid herself when she baked us a fresh strawberry pie that was to die for. Also, the property is beautiful ...including pond and winding creek. We enjoyed viewing the sunsets over the pond from the balcony/porch. We found the local park and enjoyed daily walks. Two weeks away from home is tough. But here we were able to find a Rythm and found ourselves feeling right at home. We were so impressed by the whole area. Stunning!

Fabulous getaway.We just really enjoyed everything. The location, amenities and the owner greeted us upon arrival. We loved it so much we booked again for fall.Just one tip: Get groceries for any Sunday you stay. Very hard to find open restaurants, Dined at Cork & Cap-good food and excellent service.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Lancaster County. It’s out in the country, but close to the charming town of Lititz and to shopping centers. It’s spacious, airy, sun-filled and comfortable, with a well-equipped, very usable kitchen.

When we first arrived at the apartment, we felt very welcomed with the warm fireplace image and the lighting of the rooms. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.
