Place was very clean. Excellent communication. My kids loved all the pools around.

Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and safe and Ilya was very warm and welcoming. Would stay there again.

Ilya was the best host we've ever had. He helped me locate places we wanted to visit throughout our stay. He had a cleaning person come to do laundry and clean half way through our 12 day stay at no extra charge! The condo was very clean and the beds and couches comfortable. The only thing that could have made our stay more comfortable was good beach chairs and possibly chaises or zero gravity chairs on the balconies.

very clean place pictures are accurate. owner checks in by text a couple times to ensure all is good . great personal tour of property given by owner . nice place ! written description needs to be corrected as it states 3 level and your own roof top patio. i was looking forward to this the most but the unit does not have one . a couple of pools need alot of tiles replaced . water pressure is lower than what we were used too.
