Peaceful paradise on Lake Murray

Overall this house had amazing lake access, a wonderful dock with a view and was very clean and comfortable!!! I would recommend it for a fun weekend getaway.The only reason it doesn't get a 5/5 for us was mainly due to the terrible internet which never really worked while we were there. We had a few people hoping to work from home which had to leave and go to a coffee shop and then we sadly missed the Stanley cup finals, the NBA finals and the first USA world cup game because of it...We even had 3 folks who work in tech, bought our own cables and still couldn't get it going. For some folks this won't matter and it will be a LOVELY stay, but we are a big sports family so this was frustrating and disappointing. The last thing to know is, this rental only provides the first night of toilet paper which was about half a roll in each bathroom so we had to drive out the next morning just for TP because this wasnt mentioned prior. So bring you own!

Beautiful retreat for our family! Spacious inside and out, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating for dining and conversation.

Emily was fantastic and attentive. This is our second stay with Emily at this home, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and care!

What a beautiful view. We had a large group and this was a great place for all of us. The host responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked - very helpful at Thanksgiving. Ample parking too! Two kings beds!
