Perfect basecamp for ice climbing in Ouray. Within walking distance of the gorge and businesses in town. Very clean and spacious for 2-4 people. Full kitchen was fantastic as were the washer and dryer. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that really helps dry out wet gear.

Loved the location! It was great for our dog to have a grass yard and the river right next to it was relaxing to listen to. Tons of parking and close to the main street but not too close to hear all the traffic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ouray. Our condo was much roomier than we thought it would be. My sister enjoyed sitting above the river drinking her wine. Our dog enjoyed the the nice big grassy area in front of the condo. I got a chance to catch up on laundry. The shops in town were fun and quirky and reasonably priced. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we used the grill outside to make dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location of this condo is ideal - walking distance to shops and restaurants, Box Canon, and the Perimeter Trail. We had been vacationing with our small travel trailer and, as advertised, there was a convenient place to part it close by. Cam, the host, was very accommodating and responded quickly. The first day was uncommonly hot, and I asked for a few extra box fans. They were delivered within an hour! Thanks for making our family getaway a success.

Thanks for allowing pets. Most of the other guests had pets as well so it was nice for them play. The sound of the river was peaceful. The place was super clean and the king bed was comfy.

We had a great time at the Ice Axe condo! The location is absolutely beautiful next to the river with an easy stroll to main street. Condo was well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen had all we needed for meals, and we sat at the picnic table outside to eat. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lumberyard condos. It had everything we needed, walk to town. The river photo was a bit deceiving, really can’t see the river well. Chairs are in front of trees that blocked most of the view.

The property was very clean and well appointed for our two couples traveling thru Colorado. The apartment was located just as you arrive into Ouray and next to the river. The bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well! Easy self entry with code provided. Highly recommend!

Stayed four nights in Ouray. Excellent location! Check in easy. Large bedrooms and nice kitchen/dining/living room area with plenty of room to cook and play games. Clean all around! Close to many hiking trails and close walk to town and to one of the various hot springs locations. We loved our stay in Ouray and in the “Crawler”! Would definitely return!

The place was as described, except the views were even better! When we arrived, the unit was stinky, which we discovered was because there was stuff in the kitchen disposal. We ran hot water and the disposal and problem solved. The unit was comfy, cozy and dog friendly. We walked to everything, which we loved.

The property is clean and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only disappointment was the noise upstairs. It was very noisy with banging and walking across the ceiling until late at night. The condo needs better insulation. Other than that, it is great!

Nice size and very clean condo. Excellent parking and good proximity to Main Street. Great sound of the river adjacent to the property, and a nice green grass yard. Plenty of chairs and tables to hang out. My only knock would be no sound insulation between rooms. I am sensitive to sound, and you hear everything in the adjacent and above condos. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine. Otherwise great.

Living room couch was un-useable, it sagged badly when you sat on it. Window in second bedroom was held up by a wooden stick. Front door was hanging low and scraped frame, hinge screws are loose. Second bedroom and bathroom door hinges squeaked loudly . I lubed them and they were ok for a few days. Second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. A lot of noise from upstairs residents. Did not have a good time!

This is a great location and lived up to listing details. Coffee on the river in the morning was an added bonus!!! With that said, it is extremely noisy from the unit upstairs. The voices, dropping, the banging and the heavy footsteps and running can sometimes be a bit jarring.

What a great couple of nights for us! Everything in town is a short walk away. The owner was very helpful with recommendations. The home is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two to four people. The front has a yard which was perfect for our dog. Really appreciated the laundry detergent which came in handy! Bed was a little firm for our preference. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The couch is pretty worn out. It looks good, but we found some of the cushions to not have much cushion left. With that, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay here again!

First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. Twin Peaks hot springs literally down the street for a day pass to relax. Worth the few extra dollars for the true Hot Springs experience rather than feeling like your at a community pool. Fit our group of 5 perfectly, everything you need is there. Beds very comfortable, ceiling fans and additional box fans are there which was great to have. I have already shared this listing with a few people and will for sure stay again when we visit Ouray! THANK YOU for sharing your home, you truly have a beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lumbaryard Condos in The Crawler. It was an easy walk to the main street too. There was a mix up with our reservations through Vrbo, but Cam was very responsive and kind about the whole situation. We would totally stay there again!

Such a clean, cozy, comfortable place! The owners thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. Normally, it's pretty difficult to get a one night stay, but they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend the Lumberyard! We stayed in the Nordic.

The location and set up was perfect for access to Ouray’s ice park, with easy access to the restaurants and shops downtown as well. Cam was responsive and professional!

We were within easy walking distance of the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops and just far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The bedding was comfortable as well.

Perfect basecamp for ice climbing in Ouray. Within walking distance of the gorge and businesses in town. Very clean and spacious for 2-4 people. Full kitchen was fantastic as were the washer and dryer. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that really helps dry out wet gear.

We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location to walk to town, jump on the perimeter trail or walk across the street to the hot springs! Everything was clean and comfortable.

Park and walk everywhere. Fantastic town, very safe for kids to walk and get food, and can walk to Box Canyon. Really fun, the mountains are so pretty and great star gazing from the side yard.

Stayed four nights in Ouray. Excellent location! Check in easy. Large bedrooms and nice kitchen/dining/living room area with plenty of room to cook and play games. Clean all around! Close to many hiking trails and close walk to town and to one of the various hot springs locations. We loved our stay in Ouray and in the “Crawler”! Would definitely return!

Hands down my best vacation rental stay! The property was clean, inviting, comfortable and cozy. The hosts really have thought of everything from a practical standpoint. The location was perfect and we could truly walk to town even with our little ones. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Crawler condo. It was comfortable and pretty roomy for our family of three (plus dog) . The location was great- just on the edge of town. So it was quiet enough to leave the windows open at night but also close enough to walk to dinner. Our dog and son enjoyed the large grassy shared front lawn. We appreciated having the ability to do laundry (detergent provided too) The beds and couch were comfortable.
