Trail's End Mountain Cabin in Sautee - Lots of Room & Privacy!

We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and the welcome atmosphere of Christmas decorations! Everything was perfect!

host was welcoming. the amenities were not that good. no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, not enough hand towels or washcloths.

Cute cabin! Perfect size for our group. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

We were in town for a sad family event, but staying at this charming cabin in its beautiful setting helped make the tone for the weekend much brighter! From beginning to end, the entire rental process was very smooth with excellent communication. Everything was exactly as described, and a brief hold-up getting in upon arrival was handled immediately with ease! I may have missed the detail that there is a hot tub on the porch, so we weren't prepared with suits, but that wasn't really an issue. The location is within 5 minutes from Unicoi State Park, and very convenient to Helen (especially if you forget something and have to "run back" to the cabin to grab it). We slept 6 adults and a 4 year old very comfortably, with plenty of space to eat together and sit/hang out, inside and out (screened porch and deck). We even had a "welcoming committee" black bear visitor within 30 minutes of arrival - we saw him off the deck just past the tree marking the National Forest - he didn't even seem to notice us as he made his way through. Would absolutely rent again!
