Our 2nd stay at this fantastic house was just as good as the 1st! Great house and pool, could even use it a little in April! Fantastic location for exploring the local area and more and beautiful views if you stay in for the day.

A very nice house to relax.

This is a little off the beaten path but well worth the time. The location of this home is beautifully situated between mountains and nestled amongst orange groves. The views from the pool area are amazing. The house was clean and organized as expected. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a getaway from the big cities and stay in the southern Spanish countryside.

Villa was lovely, exactly as in photos. As many have said, it is a mile long bumpy track but that didn’t bother us - as a result the villa is very very peaceful. The views are stunning, loved eating on the terrace looking at the mountains at every time of the day, The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for an easy stay. The owners were very helpful, even meeting us at a very late hour when we arrived on a late flight. Location is rural but we could visit local areas easily (car is essential), the coast was about an hours drive. All in all, we did not want to leave!

Pros... Great communication with the owners and very obliging. Lovely scenery, very peaceful and quiet. The pool was a welcome relief during the hot days. José came out to do pool maintenance and it was really clean afterwards. Cons... The larger double mattress is uncomfortable as are the bottom sheets. The next point, and this is not in the owners control but something to be mindful of... Don't book the property if the bottom of your car is low as some of the drive up to the villa is unpathed and uneven. Generally, an average car should be okay if you carefully navigate to drive around the few uneven parts of the road. Overall, we had a very lovely stay and would recommend the owners as host and the wonderful villa.
