Highly recommend this property if you are in the Atlanta area. Host is extremely flexible and prompt. House is sleeps 12 comfortably and is nice.

Tons to say about this property. The house is situated on a quiet crescent with zero traffic. We loved the back yard which backs onto a forest that offers plenty of shade all day. The yard is fenced so very safe for your fur buddy. There is also a screened lanai with table and chairs and just outside there is a gas bbq. The yard is very private! The house is well dedigned for relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and includes all the appliances you would expect. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The property is conveniently located to main thorough fares and is close to a cute village called Avondale. It is also close to Stone Mountain, which has trails and a golf course. Overall, this is a great property for anyone who wants privacy, peace, convenience and space.

The house is really big comfty. Nice living room spacious and the kitchen was great equipped with lots of plates and pans lots of cups too for hot cocoa fridge is amazing. The bathroom upstairs is super comfortable. The master bedroom is really really big. The bed is super comfy overall great for a family of many people.

The host was awesome and very responsive. The home was clean and comfortable for our group size. Just a few recommendations regarding some minor home improvements but nothing that really impacted our stay. (Bathroom door knob loose upstairs, baseboards could be painted, clean or update air vents). Other than this, the home and host were good.
