ダイワメンバーなので、アップグレードしてもらい、部屋入ると、福山城が真正面に見えてとても驚きました。部屋の中にマッサージチェアがあったのも良かったです。綺麗で快適でした。

車のパーキング以外大変良かったです。ルーフボックスを積んでいた為にダイワロイネットのタワーパーキングに止められなくて隣のホテルの駐車場に停めました。ただ駐車場係の方に丁寧に対応していただいたので不満はありません。

初めて4日程夫と2人で宿泊しましたが、駐車場のサービスのスタッフ、ホテルの受付のスタッフ、皆さん親切で心地好かったです。部屋も清潔で特にバスルームのスペースや間取り、トイレとバスユニットが別々で使い勝手が良かったです。ベットも枕も寝心地良くて大変助かりました。部屋にマッサージチェアーがあり使ってみましたが、夫にはマッサージが強すぎたようです。私はソフトマッサージで殆んど毎日使いました。無いより増しだと思いました。駅は真向かいにあり大変便利で近くには飲食店や薬局等々あります。又福山に行く時は是非宿泊したいと思います。

禁煙で予約しておりましたが、部屋に入るとタバコの臭いらしいくうき感が残っていましたが、慣れたので我慢かなと思っていました椅子を動かしたらタバコの吸い殻が残っていたのでフロントに連絡しました混んでいたようでスイートにお部屋を変えてくださり、恐縮の限りでした対応の速さに感謝致しました次に使うお客に対するお部屋の確認不足にはマイナスでしたが、事後処理の対応にはプラスでした次回も宿泊予約をしました

Oh we absolutely LOVED this hotel and definitely will stay here again. SUPER close to the train station which is the gateway to the other areas near Fukuyama. It's also centered around food places even with some vegetarian options around. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. There's a nice little restaurant attached it too. LOVED our stay and will be back!

福山駅の目の前にあり、近くにはセブンイレブン、またはおいしいラーメン屋さんやお好み焼き屋さんなどもあり、食事を取るにも便利な場所です。ホテルのフロントの方もとても親切でいろいろ対応してくれたので、快適に二日間滞在できました。また、しまなみ海道を通る高速バスのバスの発着場所もホテルの近くですから、私もそのバスを利用して大三島などに行きました。

駅の目の前でキャッスルビューを楽しませていただきました！快適に過ごさせていただきました。周りはお店が多く、食事にはとても便利でした。朝食は一階のカフェでホットサンドをいただきましたが雰囲気も良く美味しかったです。福山のホテルではおすすめです！

Cafeteria opens at 7:00 but in fact you can start to eat after 7:10. You have to wait for 10 mins. after selecting the menu. There are only two choices, Japanese or American, though. It didn't even look like American breakfast. You select menu and you still have to pick up your own food as staff doesn't bring it. Likewise almost all Japanese hotels, you still have to take your own tray back to kitchen. Hotel room is clean and staff is professional but I don't recommend breakfast.

Cafeteria opens at 7:00 but in fact you can start to eat after 7:10. You have to wait for 10 mins. after selecting the menu. There are only two choices, Japanese or American, though. Near JR station, clean and tidy room, good staff despite of breakfast, the staff didn’t refill food though some utensils are empty and I just arrive at around 0810. I feel it is not respect travellers. Hope it will be improved.

ユニットバスの使い勝手と部屋から見える福山城が最高に良い景観が良かったです。特に夜のライトアップの福山城は素敵でした。後は朝食ですが和食と洋食を家族3人で頂きましたが充実した内容で大変満足でした。また福山に来た際はご利用したいと思って思ってます。

While I like this hotel for the cheap price and its location, I noticed the receptionist when I checked in encouraged me to use the machine in front of their desk. What an irony! They are training customers to use systems to replace themselves. The nice thing about this hotel is the flexibility if I want to extend my stay for a couple of hours. You can just pay $10 for every hour you want to extend. The facility is fairly new and it is only 100 meters from the bullet train station.

This hotel has become my to-stay hotel when I need to visit Fukuyama to check on the state of the reform of my newly purchased house. It is new and clean. The room is spacious and the staff members are courteous and consistently professional. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Fukuyama or visiting Kurashiki or Onomichi as a drop between.

Magnifique chambre au 9em étage avec la vue sur château, une chambre spacieuse avec un coin repos/ repas , SDB très grande, il ne manquait de rien, l'emplacement parfait , proximité de la gare - super, et 5 min à pied au château
